The End of the Fall of the Eighth Moon was nigh, and that would rest Overlord Tensei back as The Tyranophant. Unlike previous alignments, this one was a multiversal singularity, and would become a dimensional singularity as it stabilized, once it was matched. Then, the Seventh would be permanently established as a certain level of 'Ground Zero', and there would be a sustenance about the universes due to this security.

Now, Overlord Tensei wasn't the most well-liked God that ever existed, but he had some points with people in a few places, no matter what got to them in the shadows nor what they might have been convinced of or convinced themselves of after all of this time. The only thing that was necessary was for Overlord Tensei to make an appearance before them and assist them when he and their plans all started to actually fully come together... During this time of the Fall Of The Eighth Moon, still connected to the Fall Of The Seventh, which was the current Eve, and not the latter Evening, Chita Lombardi -- who was of the Eighth Restriction now -- had her own Heavenly Host extend outward from her newfound Goddess prowess and let her Spirit roam free. However, because she was part of The Creator as one of the Creations that came from Him, -- the Big Tymon -- she was able to utilize her Spirit and Fashion creatures that were made from Spirit and to be given a Flesh. So, where Overlord Tensei, who ruled the Eighth Restriction, had descended into the Seventh Restriction for the Fall Of The Seventh Moon in Valparaiso, The Lawless Land, Chita stepped up to taking command of the Eighth Moon and the Godly Realm it harbored; Shangri-La.

Here, she would be tasked with Forging Life from her own Spirit via the God Hands, and she would be the God Hands of this Moon, as the Eighth Hand Of Unity; the Hand Of Harmony.
