Mechanica's Secret Hydroshoppe

In the deepest part of the Aqueoso Purifico, in a section that is blocked off long before anyone gets there is a secret door that leads to a production room of sorts. It is a secret shop connected to Mechanica's Factorial City all the way in the Delta; a secret branch that uses hydroelectric power to run and create useful items for the people of Balneal so that they do not have to import. From food and clothes to materials for the shops above, they all seem to come from here. However, there is also a hidden secret to this place... Servicemen tend to, every now and then, be seen exiting this door. Not many, if any at all, know about this place deep underground buried under the water.
