The watery haven that sits atop the Valley of Water. After being destroyed, it was remodeled to become even more beautiful than before. It has many pleasant waterfalls, agriculture and places of shelter and learning. Structured similarly to a Buddhist temple among the mountain, it is a place for those who wish to learn the Discipline of Water to come and learn its ways. There is a shrine within dedicated to the Water Goddess. There are many floating constructs of which they use to travel and transport, as well as to walk on and train on. The entrance to the Water Sanctuary is protected by a large wall with the Water Goddess' image placed upon it and the power of the Scorpio embedded into it. Her power protects the Water Sanctuary and marks it as a holy ground, viewing all visitors the moment they reach the lands. The ground is coated in a thin layer of water which flows down the cracks within the ground and into the Valley of Water.

Just outside the Valley of Water, the rivers and streams that flow from it have created another marvelous natural phenomena known as the 'Great Falls.' These are a series of waterfalls that start to branch out into different parts of the Dawn, and are also enchanted to hide the Oasis of Serenity. These are the blessed waterfalls that protect the Valley of Water and the Land of Eternal Rain, which is part of 'Euphrates'. They are said to cleanse the body, mind and soul, and will not allow those who wish to do the Valley harm to ever enter, or will fight back if they are capable of doing so. There are many cliffs and ledges along the waterfall passes, and also lots of banks for people to rest along the rivers where the water falls over the edge.
