There were members of the $yndicate which had been gathered at the Broken Homes Orphanage in Valparaiso as well as those which had been brought up from residency and taken into the unit once they were trained. These people were the ones that would be brought out of the Broken Homes Orphanage and taken into the custody of the $yndicate rather than remain in the care of the orphanage. Inducted directly into the legion, these people would be taken care of and tended to as those part of the Veritas as a whole. Ophiuchus was the one who was sent to gather them before dealing with matters about Dr. Money and the 'Master Plan' behind the actions and relations of Ophiuchus and he together as a singularity.

Some time after the light-bearer, Ophiuchus, bore himself at the Broken Homes Orphanage, the 'Tourists' and other members of 'The $yndicate' which were rounded up from the Forbidden Hotel and also from a shipment of those who were just recently released from Hell on the 6th Moon as Rephaim would be escorted deftly into the fine establishment of the 'Orphanage' so that they could be grouped together with the members which were already present -- of which Ophiuchus seemed to already be getting acquainted with. "AH! One of my many Lights," Dr. Money, the Void Bo$$, would speak out. "Ayyup, looks like I can take 'er easy 'round here, finally." Dr. Money, who was just Tymon in a flashy and flamboyant persona, wiped his brow and sighed heavily in relief. "A huge load off of my back." Ophiuchus, who was just one of the many versions of Tymon in his God form, would be the one to bear the entire crew of the $yndicate from here. All that Void Bo$$ Dr. Money had to do was deliver them to this safehaven in the cutthroat Lawless Land so that they didn't lose their britches or their lives along with their wallets in the process.

"As I know," Dr. Money spake to himself, knowing that Ophiuchus was just another version of Tymon to whom he spake, "There is a mighty big reformation going on here and my only part right now is to finish sponsoring the place. Ah, yes, that's about all I've got to do. Renovations and the like." He rambled on, as Tymon was known to do when he was either reminiscent or inspired by something. "... Yep. Gotta spruce up the Broken Homes Orphanage, too. Already did the Forbidden Hotel. Will be working on the Robo Dome-O soon enough, too." He tapped his cane on the ground and looked up to the sky as the Tourists and members of the $yndicate were all gathered into the Broken Homes Orphanage under the care of Ophiuchus. "Yes sir, Tymonland is gonna look phenomenal." As Dr. Money spoke, he instructed the people that were transported from Hell and from the outskirts of Valparaiso to heed Ophiuchus, which was just another variation of Dr. Money, as Dr. Money was another variation of Tymon as a whole.

"Listen up, you lot!!" he cried out with a decisive tap of his cane to the ground, "You are under new management as of just this moment. Here, this glorious light that you see here, this golden haired man swaddled in bright white and blue fabric -- Ophiuchus -- will be the one to look after you and deal with all of your needs. For those of you awaiting the opening of Tymonland, please stay calm and remain in the Broken Homes Orphanage at this time. For those of you who are part of the $yndicate, join with the other members who are already present -- they are about to be instructed on their next tasks and you should fall in line properly and quickly if you're going to actually keep up with both they and we." Void Bo$$ Dr. Money was clear, concise and to the point because of the dire importance that timeliness had in all of these dealings. He, already, was late dealing with the Grand Opening and certain construction due to the Blowout Sale and Clearance that he'd been dealing with. He was behind schedule and he hated that. "So again, if you have any questions, concerns or regrets, take them up with Ophiuchus, the bright, shining, glowing, star-like man with the golden hair and the fine white linen robed over him sparkling as light along with his glorious, splendorous form."

That said, Dr. Money bid them "Adieu," and was off to deal cold, hard business.

The beautiful man, Ophiuchus, who bore the Light of the Veritas, hovered before the members of the $yndicate and also the Tourists which were only just visiting the 7th Moon of the Veritas. "That Is So," spake Ophiuchus with a booming, mighty voice for everyone to hear. "I Am Ophiuchus, Known Otherwise As Shinrona Tensei, King Of The Veritas," he began. "The $yndicate Is Of The Veritas Elite Order; A More Personal, Specialized And Private Unit That Is Meant For The Complete Care And Order Of The Veritas As A Whole. Those Of You Who Have Been Gathered Here Have Either Lost Your Homes, Your Lives, Your Families Or Your History And Are Now Either Fugitives, Refugees, Escapees Or Recruits Who Have Consigned Yourselves To The Veritas Willingly. Whether You Are Any Of These Things, You Are Part Of The $yndicate, And By This, You Are Also Part Of The Veritas." Ophiuchus bowed his head, allowing his luscious golden hair to spill over his forehead and the long, flowing locks to drape over his face. "I Welcome You All Humbly Into My Family As Guests, Friends Or Even Members."

Slowly, but acutely, he rose from his bow to an upright position so that he could see the entirety of the populace which stood now before him. "I Know That Most Of You Come From The Depths Of Hell -- From All Walks Of Life, Those Who Sin End Up In The Pit. Yet, Here Is Your Redemption; Here Is Your New Life. Though I Know Of Your Deeds, Including Your Sins, I Also See You Have Not Only Survived, But Many Of You Have Repented, Seen The Light Or Sought Out Better Things For Yourselves Than The Lives You Led In The Depths Of Hell Or The Wastes Of The Lawless Land. For That, I Commend You. It Takes A Lot To Get To That Point And To Do So Without Having Already Lost All Hope Or Potential For Renewal." He bowed his head and closed his eyes in prayer, already knowing that there were many lost along the way to both Sin and general destruction. He'd seen it before and knew of all the events of the Veritas, including on the 6th Moon, which was Hell, itself. "You Are The Lucky Ones." He took a moment to pray for those who were lost, and did so in a fashion where it was clear to everyone that he, Ophiuchus, was paying respect to them with honor glorified in the light. "Rest In Peace," he said both to the living and the dead. "You Are Healed; You Are Home." And he smiled at the notion.

"However," Ophiuchus suddenly interjected, knowing that time was short and ears were open, "We Are Not Secure Yet. There Is Still One More Transition That Must Be Made Before We Are Fully Rooted In Complete Security. This Will Be Handled By The $yndicate, Both Old And New, In Order To Both Secure The Planet And Also Transport The Group To The Mainland, Of Which The 7th Moon Is Not." The Veritas Planet was the Mainland in which the $yndicate had to protect. However, the $yndicate could not protect the land if they did not know how to maintain it. Therefore, before they were brought there, those who would be able to abide by the rules would be separated from those who would not, and those who would not were to be left here in Valparaiso, the Lawless Land. "Please Be Patient At This Time Whilst The Chariot For Our Departure, MaTeus, Of Which Brought You Here, Is Finished With Its Original Duties. As Was Spoken, Valparaiso Is Under Construction For The Sake Of Its Greater Developments As A Tourist Attraction And An Amusement Park Beyond Its Original Purposes As Both A Place Of Residency And A Battlefield. This Is To Protect The Broken Homes Orphanage Whilst Also Maintaining The Original Sanctity Of The Lawless Land And What It Is For And Give The Youth Here Greater Opportunities To Grow Up Unlike The Ruffians." This was the most that could be explained to them without it being seen for their own eyes. "As It Currently Stands, It Is Dangerous To Go Outside Alone. Stay Here And I Will Answer All Your Questions. Withdraw Deeper Into The Broken Homes Orphanage... For, This Is The House That Is The Epitaph For Lesser Things In The Lawless Land... That Greater Things May Prosper." Those who were confused would simply have to wait and see what was to occur from within the Broken Homes Orphanage... Or, go out into the Lawless Land unprotected and potentially lose their lives. The Lawless Land is lawless for a reason, and Ophiuchus knew the many reasons why it -remained- lawless, whether others understood it or not.

"The Seed I Have Planted Should Be Sprouting Soon..." Ophiuchus said more to himself than anyone, turning away from them all with a decisive "That Is All" before retreating to the deeper parts of the Broken Homes Orphanage, as he said they should, in order to deal with both the $yndicate and the Tourists.
