Khrona looked to both of them, able to see both of their souls clearly. It seemed that they were unable to see souls as of yet. "Misery... Would you explain to them, please...?"

Misery nodded: Yeah, yeah, okay. So. Obviously you cannot see the souls of others right now. Everything living has a soul, each soul is unique to a person, however there are some souls that can get very near to another soul and seem to connect with one another. This is best shown with a weapon and a meister, or weapon technician, if you will. If you are able to lift a weapon, then your soul wavelengths are on the same path. You two seem to be connected on more than a physical level, in which your souls are connected, too. This could cause a soul resonance..." Misery paused for a moment, then looked at them, then continued "Look at each other. Concentrate HARD on each other. If you try to concentrate on this special wavelength, you'll be able to feel each others' souls, as well as see them." Misery waited.

Misery nods "Alright, now within all of your lovey shit, you should be able to see an aura around each other, most likely in the form of a sphere, however souls will have specific designs that actually depict them from all others. Take our souls for example... Khrona's big ass soul overe here adds to its hugeness with those huge ass wings... But I doubt you'd be able to see a soul like his instantly... Either way it goes, seeing or even sensing someone else's soul is called Soul Perception."

It had been a while since she actually TAUGHT someone about souls and weapons. Despair was getting quite excited, too. Her gloomy eyes seemed to brighten just a bit. A smile grew to Khrona's face "Once he masters his weapon... He will be more formidable than before..." Misery smirked and looked at Khrona from the side of her eye "Don't think we won't give him a fight to remember. By the time we fight again, we and they will have more power than before..." They both looked back at them, seeing their souls resonate.

All 3 of them smiled. "It looks like they've done it. The Soul Resonance. The Chain Resonance will come another day..." Misery crosses her arms, feeling a bit proud that she has taught another person of the Soul Resonance and the Soul Partners and whatnot. Khrona's small smile turned into a large and disgusting frown. His head began to twitch a bit "There's... Something here... But at the same time... It's not..." Misery and Despair could feel it, too, but it was very faint...

The space in the office began to distort as a figure seemed to appear out of nowhere. It was a moderately tall and masculine man in tattered pants and a striped jail shirt with a ball and chain on his left foot. In his left eye was a type of super powerful magical eye while the other one was normal. The man looked to all 4 of them. He kept his distance, for the office was fairly large, and he began to speak "I am the immortal, Free. I am one of the dark forces of this village. I felt a strong soul resonance here and I felt it was of my place to take that strong soul for... special purposes." oddly enough, the man seemed to cast no shadow... and was unaffected by the cold.

Free seems unaffected to the greatest degree. Free just stood there in the same position that he was in before Fenri attacked "You try to strike an immortal? Have you no meaning of the word? I will harvest your soul, boy..." Free thrusted his hand outward as a large ice ball flew at Fenri at a high speed. Free still kept a distance, however, oddly enough...

*another spire erupts from the ground going through the other Fate and impaling him, it, whatever, against the ceiling. the energy comes to a peak and my aura turns from a deep blue to a shattered swirl of icy blue and royal purple. i lift Julia from the ground and the aura pulsates deeply, causing a horrible drop in temperature, even further than before, only around my aura. inside, it is actually quite hot and steamy*

Julia: Fenri, our connection has been broken.

*with that, all shadows in the room are drawn to my aura, immobilizing whatever it is they are attached to, even Fate on the ground and on the ceiling. i turn my body slightly and bring Julia's staff perpendicular to my body as i stretch my right arm across my body. in an instant, i swing her back across in a thunderous glory and it shatters all the ice spires into tiny particles of ice that move at such a speed, they would, even in their tiny size, run clean through a sheet of steel. the shattering ice completes the temperature drop to Absolute Zero and my Broken Soul aura blasts the rest of the office to kingdom FUCKING come from my complete rage at the unprovoked attempt on my life. i breathe heavily and await the result*

Free seemed to still be unaffected by the blast, however... once the office was blown up.. It was revealed that there were... 2 Frees? One was is a green box... No, there was one Free. The actual Free in the green box was making a spatial distortion hologram image of Free. It was intangible and unable to attack itself. It seems as though the ice ball had actually come from the real Free and not the Hologram one. "Spatial Magic... Holographic Vision. Disperse." The box dispersed and so did the hologram. Free took note of Fenri's power. He changed into his Werewolf form so that his jumping ability and speed was up by a lot "You... with the powerful soul... Medusa will have your soul... And I will be back." Free jumped into the distance, seeming to disappear.

Misery raises her sword hand and the outline of it glows slightly. She slashes at the fire, and it is instantly converted into energy for herself. The power of the Blade of Misery. Now she had more energy than she needed from just draining the energy from the fire slash. She dashed at Albel at an incredible speed, slashing at him with the Blade of Misery. If he tried to block it, it would still drain his energy every time it touched him.

Albel holds his hands out, and on contact, torched his hand to nuetrilize the attack. Then, as Albel sees Free charge towards him, Albel then quickly turns into his holy form to beat free to the punch. Before Free knew it, Albel's foot was already so close to his face.

Free smirked, for he had been charging energy for his Demon Eye Cannon. Once he was close to Albel, a huge blast of green energy shot out of his eye, making a huge explosion "Demon Eye Cannon!" In the blinding light of the explosions, a snake slithered out of Free's jailbird clothing, biting Khrona on the leg, then returning back into Free's pants. No one saw this happen. Once the blinding light and explosion debris faded, Free jumped backwards to see what had become of Albel.

The inside of Medusa's lair. There are many blocks and random stairs. Medusa has a specific podium like block which she has customized to be able to float. There is a crystal ball there that allows her to see into wherever she wants to. All of the blocks in her lair can float or move to her will.

Medusa looks about the darkness of her lair, the crystal ball glowing as the torches emit a faint light. Medusa's crystal ball begins to glow intensely as she takes off the Soul Protect around her soul, making her strong and evil presence known throughout the village. "Now, my crystal ball... Amplify." Medusa's soul became larger and larger gradually, until it was eventually larger than her lair.




Medusa began to cackle quite loudly, her face showing a wicked smile with several black, almost electric looking vectors coming out of her mouth.The snakes coming from the large soul began to shoot out of it randomly into the village... "Now, Reality Village... Let's begin." Medusa's soul was now protected under her Soul Protect again and she slinked back into the darkness, eyes glowing with evil.

You must go to where the insanity runs rampant. Eruka, you sought out the wrong Kage, for he is the one that is sane and stable... The one we seek resides in the Pit of Insanity... That pit is the key to reviving the Kishin. As long as we can extract at least a tiny portion of that insane soul, we can give the Kishin Asura what he needs... Hmhmhmhmhm.." Medusa closed her eyes "Now, to use my many snakes that I have sent out about this village to locate where he is right now..." She held her hands out, moving them in a wave-like formation. She chanted a mantra "Nake snake... Cobra coburabra... Naaake snaaake.. Cobra coburabra..." She opened her eyes, a few snakes slithering out of her mouth a bit, able to see through the snakes that were sent throughout the entirely of the village "There... There he is!" She pointed to the Crystal Ball and signaled for Free and Eruka to observe "This is where he is... Now go, extract his soul!" She began to laugh hysterically, yet in that refined sort of way.

Eruka sits down on one of the large blocks, looking at Free and Mizune with a relieved face "Gekoooo... It seems that Medusa-sama is dead... Now we're free from her command! We can finally go back to becoming a normal witches instead of hiding from Head Witch Zita... Isn't that great, Mizune sisters?" She looked to Free "But Free, what will you do?"

As long as I don't have to follow the rules of a Kage or that Shinigami, I'm free to do anything." Free then started to think "I want to travel the world.. Sightsee... Stuff like that, I guess. Collect some more souls... My soul already is that of a human, werewolf, witch and many others.." He clenched his teeth "But then I realized... HOW AM I GONNA KNOW WHERE TO GO? GODDAMMISHIIIIIIT!!!" He slammed his head on the ground "I'M FREE TO GO WHEREVER, BUT I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO!"

Medusa came in, noticing that the others had left. It had been some time. Either way it went, snakes were still in Eruka's body, and indeed that Sadako and Fenri's body... It was time for her to gain control over this village... One member at a time "Naaake snaaaake cobra cobubra..." She chanted, moving her hands about. A snake appeared and curled into a circle, revealing what Medusa could see through them; Sadako, Fenri and Eruka. Specifically to Eruka, she said "Eruka... It is Medusa... I'm back, and I want you here. Bring the Mizune sisters and Free. There's something... something that we need to do."

Eruka rushed in, Mizune and Free behind her. She panted heavily "Ah... Medusa... You're still alive...? That's great!" She thought differently, however. DAMMIT! There goes my chance at a life as a happy witch! Oooh... How many snakes did she put in my body..? She could detonate them at any moment! DAMMIT! Eruka clung to Free, then also reported to Medusa "There's also someone heading towards the lair geko! I don't know who it is, but should we interfere?"

Free looked down to Eruka, who he towered over... Hell, he towered over just about everyone... He was what, 7, 8 feet tall? Even not in his werewolf form, he was extremely large. Such is that of an immortal. He pointed outside "His soul is pretty powerful... I don't think Eruka could take him alone. Is he a possible threat?"

Medusa gave a large smile "No. Don't stop him. Let him come in. Welcome him with open arms. He gave me this body... And perhaps he may be a new addition to our little... rebellion? Hmhmhmhm.." Medusa sure did hope he accepted on his own accord. She didn't think she'd be able to get any snakes into his body, or one into his mind to control him. Medusa looked to Mizune "Mizune sisters, go out and greet him."

The Mizune sisters, 5 in total, all exactly the same in height and appearance gave a thumbs up and poofed into the form of tiny mice. They all scurried outside to meet with the stranger.

Mizune returns a while later with the stranger following behind her. She stands before Medusa, who is standing on her floating block adorned with a mat and candles "Medusa... Chichi! Here is the one you asked for..." She steps aside as to let him go forth to Medusa.

Medusa stared down at it with a face of uncertainty "Hm... That, I have seen not before... Are you looking for them? I'm sure I can find some..." The snake tassels coming from her hood stiffen and allow her to be held up by them, and they swirl together so make a chain for Medusa's new, tiny body.

Medusa raised a hand "Wait. I'm sure I can find some, and it will be worth your while how... My little 'group' here is great at espionage and being unnoticed. Free, the tall one, is a homunculus, given, he cannot die. At least, not by normal means. He also has magical ice abilities and Spatial Magic. Eruka over there, the one with the hat, she can change herself into a common frog, as well as place powerful bombs in just about any place. The Mizune sisters, now as one sole vessel, They can split and turn into mice, giving them access to just about any place. Not only that, their whiskers can be lined with a magic that can literally cut through any substance. I am Medusa, their 'leader,' you could say... And I am very tactical. You see, I have placed snakes in the bodies of select people... Do you know Fenri Lunaedge...? He's one of those people. I can make it explode and kill him instantly at any given time. If I want, I could make him do my bidding. I have many hidden tactics up my cute little sleeves. I can help you. It will go a lot quicker with me by your side, you know..." Her face became pasted with a snake-like smile, her eyes narrowing. "So, what do you say?"

Medusa smiles "Ready to act so soon, are we? Hm... As of right now, there is nothing that I need you to do. I need to... Survey the area." With that said, Medusa looked at Mizune and Mizune split back up into their normal 5 sisters forms, then they changed into mice and scurried out. "Is there anything you wish of me, may I ask? I wouldn't want this to be a one sided deal..."

Medusa began to giggle once more, staring at Zeik exit as the floating block she was on floated upward into the darkness, only Medusa's snake-like eyes able to be seen. "Eruka. Free. Go forth into the village. You know what to do." Medusa's glowing eyes suddenly disappeared.
