An Insurmountable Task; Understanding the Mission

They were a ragtag bunch, but the crew was coming together. Wei had gained the irreplaceable in Ismera and Omera, and saved himself a lot of time as well. While it would take him some time to wrap his head around all the crazy shit Koudo could do and learn to replicate it to a certain degree, he had Ismera and Omera to help carry the burden of making him appear to be at full power. Something he was very far from.

Ismera and Omera stood out like sore thumbs, even amongst the cast of colorful folk that seemed to liter Euphoria tonight. Amidst the flashing strobe lights and the thumping of rhythmic beats, they looked like the bells of the ball. Just their tall stature alone drew heads, but the way they seemed carelessly above it all was what drew attention.

They moved out of the way of the doorway, so that Wei could follow after them. It didn’t take him much time, considering he was the very next person through the portal, and he seemed positive about the situation that he had found himself in. Things could certain be going better, but they could get significantly worse as well. It was better to remain optimistic, even if Wiz hadn’t exactly made him confident with her tone of voice.

Chiyoko was the very last person, pulling herself through the tightening doorway. She just barely squeaked past, having been lost in thought about her failure to achieve such a drastic transformation as her husband had. She wondered if there was something special that Wei had done with him, that he hadn’t tried to do with her. In fact, she felt that Wei seemed more excited about her husband’s transformation than her own. She sighed quietly, at least happy that Wei wanted her to remain with him.

”Finally! Get your ass over here. Damn!” Wiz screamed from across the club at the top of her lungs to make every sure that Wei heard her and could see the table she was seated at; the same one as before. She looked nervous, fidgeted, and in the middle of chain smoking an inexhaustible supply of menthols.

Wei could tell that something was definitely up. He didn’t waste time getting to the table, allowing his party members free time to themselves. They got absorbed into the crowd just as quickly as he dismissed them and seated himself aside from Wiz.

”Where did you get those? Did you steal them or something?” Wiz asked, flicking her robotic wrist to bring up a holographic pad that allowed her to pour through data. She nodded her head specifically to the two tall gentlemen that Wei had added to his entourage. The woman was of no concern, she didn’t seem exceptionally special.

Wei peeked over his shoulder at the lounging Omera and proper Ismera, before turning back to Wiz, ”Lucky find.” He replied with a grin. He was sure Wiz had felt the pure joy of everything coming up her way before too. Gloating was something he absolutely had to do.

“Did you find them in a heavily classified area?” Wiz asked calmly, flicking through a few files on the screen she had positioned to her right side.

Wei’s face sunk, his mood dimmed a tiny bit. Things still seemed pretty alright, maybe Wiz was joshing him. Poking fun at how abnormal Ismera and Omera looked, how otherworldly they appeared to be. It wouldn’t be surprising if they were some obsessive billionaire’s experiment to become closer to whatever he considered a God. “No? Why?”

Wiz pulled her cigarette from her lips and put it out in the ashtray on the table, turning her screen to Wei, “Cuz you have the whole city looking for your ass.”

Jaehaerys sighed. If he had a head, he'd be shaking it.

"It's a meat puppet. You can't communicate with his soul that way. Just attack him, please."

The sheer sound of scraping screeched through the air, something like friction.

The Tabrynth, having already made its own calculations, began to create its own Possibility out of the Probability that currently was Presented before it, of which was related to the Anomaly. As it stood, the full expanse of what was able to be scaled in the depths of its own longitude served as the measurement for the capacity for the ability to decrypt the Anomaly and its potential.

"Given the current information, I AM attacking."

Granted, the method was unorthodox, but it was still proper and fitting to the point of extension. The void around them rippled and the sound of scraping metal eventually shred the atmosphere, leaving only what sounded like metallic mechanisms trying to act after being brought to a grinding halt.

After that, the dimension began to fold in on itself from the outermost points inward, due to lack of energy to sustain it and no output being generated into the vacant and empty Void, which required Perpetual Energy to even exist in due to its nature. No energy being output meant worse than some energy being exerted, even if it weren't perpetual energy.

The noiseless moan of an empty space pressurizing was heard like that of a woeful, mourning cry.

The gleaming eyes of a ravenous shark glimmered by in the darkness, followed by distorted words.

"I'm inside me own mind, chum. I know better'n'at."

The creaking noise of an old boat came and went along with the voice, as well as the image of a woman with glowing eyes slipping off deeper into the slowly collapsing void.

"...."

Silence.

The infolding dimensional space that was becoming smaller based on the finite definitions of the dimension's degrees of freedom were becoming more limited as the space contracted, yet simultaneously as the void was collapsing on itself, the Tabrynth was actively reconfiguring itself to a more suitable form for itself given the criteria of the scenario.

Though the terrain continued to fold inward, Tabrynth seemed to be continually unlocking itself in its variable parts up to the point that was necessary in order to deal with the current target. First, his field of activity was cut so that his energy could not expand. Next, he was not touched, that he would not be able to absorb energy. Third, Tabrynth's own perpetual energy generator activated and began powering the Tabrynth beyond its initial 'Passive' settings.

There was the sound of a loud, low-toned, high-bass hum like that of a yawn combined with a computer's engine running, before virtual slanted eyes looking like naught but thick horizontal bars appeared with a glowing light, and the hum becoming louder; like fluorescence. In the distance, there appeared to be something like a light, yet it was several layers behind the foremost forefront digital 'Closed Eyes' that were hovering before the Anomaly, still inspecting it and taking action naturally based on standard protocol and procedure for resolving an Anomaly with the ability to absorb energy and forces as well as create alternate realities and paradoxes up to the extent of universes and dimensions. A certain level of caution had to be maintained, and these two glowing eyes were on 'Standby.'

Jaehaerys sighed, again, growing slightly impatient. Caution was, of course, necessary, but, "The vessel can do nothing. It is inanimate, a powered down automaton. It is literally a punching bag. Stop planning and just attack."

It did not seem that he understood wha the 'attack' was, nor why it required so many steps. "I Must Follow My Natural Protocol," Tabrynth declared rather bluntly, now giving itself the androgynous image of choice; a form that was a bit more familiar, yet also still illustrious.

Having decreased the space and area of the dimension down to an even smaller isolation, converting it into raw data, the converted energy allowed for the Tabrynth to totally dominate and conquer the space that it had just converted from no energy into an energy generator, though things still looked relatively the same from the inside out. From the pitch blackness of the dimension that was isolated by the void, all things seemed pitch dark still looking both inward and outward, yet beyond that, where the glowing digital eyes were, there was raw energy in the form of binary surging into Tabrynth and allowing it to draw power.

"He will be broken down and converted into raw energy, by this point," the Tabrynth noted, "Which is my attack." For, if the anomaly were converted into energy unwillfully, then it would not only cease it, then it would also remove the freedom that it has as its own energy and allow its complete subdual by the Tabrynth, itself. The Tabrynth was already aware of the ability to absorb kinetic energy, and so without any type of Kinetic Energy used, or, using an Energy Conversion method whilst one sought to absorb said kinetic forces, it would render that ability ultimately useless. "I see no reason to act any differently than I already have, given the current circumstances of the situation." The anomaly was still just what it was and to give it energy too soon would cause it to grow and thus potentially increase the anomaly or anomalies that occurred based on how much energy was distributed, and therefore a means of properly removing that possibility had to be taken, first, with the Conversion. No energy could enter nor escape this void without being Converted, and the finite space was still indefinitely empty within the confines of its dimensions.

Punching bag or not, the area still needed to be secure in order to hit it without feeding it energy that could not be immediately converted or stripped should it begin to feed into another anomalous situation.

"Continuing Regularly Scheduled Protocol."

"Fine." Was all Jaehaerys had left to say on the matter and would speak anymore past this point until the job was done.

Tama's perception began to expand, if only slightly. She still didn't know where she was, or how she got here. Now, though, she could hear the faint voice of a man having a conversation with someone. His voice didn't sound familiar to her, but she felt a familiar energy from him. Though communication was impossible, she could now hear what Jaehaerys was saying if she really focused on it. The more she focused on it, the easier it became to hear.

Wei... began to stir, withdrawing from his deep subconscious where he'd retreated to check out from the situation happening around him and do some thinking. His hands moved first, using his fingers to gently massage his knees, before he rose his head and opened his eyes for the first time a many minutes. To him, no time had passed at all though and so the last thing he remembered was Chiyoko and her Husband being carted off.

He didn't notice that everyone else around him had been frozen, and he couldn't tell what was happening immediately around him, but he knew he couldn't waste anymore time here. Either way, it seemed like the time limit on what Jaehaerys was trying to do to help with restoring the anomaly to his natural state had passed because a soul had already returned to the vessel. Wei's fragmented soul, instead of Koudo's whole soul.

The void energy 'Convert'ed inversely inwardly instead of outwardly and started pouring energy into the void from Tabrynth, which was his way of injecting his own energy as an attack from beyond, allowing Tabrynth to 'Invert' the Conversion process whilst still in progress.

"I See," Tabrynth calculated, before the Tabrynth changed its own ratio of calculation to become more fitting to the new scenario, "You Will Need To Be Stimulated In The Pressure Points Of Your Brain To Activate Your Mind And Restore Your Memories." It was a simple process, but overall, tricky due to the fact that he was not already in a position to be able to directly access Wei's mind through physical touch. Still, the program of the Code-O would allow for many things; energy continued conversion.

"Therefore," protocol suggests, "There Will Require Some More Intricate Procedures." The sound of machines whirring filled the atmosphere; drills spinning, cogs turning and gears grinding, as well as the faint hint of a computerized sequence of beeping sounds in melodious harmony something like notes on a musical score.


Randomly, flashing lights like stars in the sky littered the vacant area being converted into, glittering and glimmering sporadically like twinkling dots. Each was a different color and a different distance away from the central point that they were all converging around.

Eventually, the sound of melodious and harmonious noise littered the space.

From under the now twinkling veil of what seemed to be like fine black mist caked onto itself several times would be the nose of a pirate ship smearing up to the surface, with the trail of rippling space and celestial looking imagery fluttering behind like the waves of the sea.

No words were exchanged; only the sharp, piercing glare of what looked like a mad angry shark at the tip of the nose of the ship cut through the thin veil of sedimentary space dust sifting about the isolated void.

Just as quickly as the ship surfaced did it dive back down deep like a submarine into the depths of the darkness of the void again, shark eyes and all.

Jaehaerys, being a disembodied voice belonging to a soul with no body, could not defend himself. The bullet whizzed right through his soul, destroying it and killing him.

Tama shuddered, suddenly feeling a chill that she hadn't felt before. Like the only source of warmth around her had been snuffed out. Tama felt the need to want to cry, but she wasn't sure why. It felt like someone had rip apart of her away and it was painful and well as frightening.

Meekly, she whispered, "Brother...." Then she swallowed and yelled, "Please save me... Dad!"

Wei was still teetering between sleep and awake, regaining his consciousness slowly, but surely. Much like Tama, he felt a twang that made his ears itch. Unlike Tama, he didn't feel the same physical pain, but a deep emotional plan that didn't seem to make sense to it.

It did to him.

"...!"

Wei's eyes shot open and the familiar silver blue chakra of the Infestation Released flared up around him, creating a protective bubble that acted like a cocoon. It wrapped in on itself around him, swirling and swirling, until it obscured direction vision of him, finally settle on an Egg like shape.

Inside, Wei's body morphed and gestated. His hair grew longer and dued itself shimmering white, while his eyes turned to a more natural shade for a Tamura. Perhaps due to the sudden snuffing of his son's soul, or the panic cries of his isolated daughter, what Jaehaerys was trying to explain would happen activated. Not out of necessity, but out of anger and sorrow. Emotions that Koudo was quite familiar with when it came to the short lifespans of his precious loved ones.

Koudo spent what felt like an eternity in that cocoon, but his gestating evolution only last a couple of millisecond. The fractured soul of Wei solidifying into the complete soul of Koudo. There was an echo. A pulse of power that shook the very foundation of this infinity void, illuminating the darkness closes to Koudo's egg and his daughter mourning soul.

"No worries, Yui. Poppa will always be there for you."

His familiar voice echoed, a hand bursting from the egg revealing the concentrated light within and releasing the thick amount of chakra used to factory restore Koudo to optimal settings. Within the hand, Tama's soul rested, ripped from the nothingness into the caring caress of her father's protective hands.

The next hand came, Koudo clawing his way out of the cocoon. Within that hand appeared the shattered remains of what used to be his son's soul. He cleanched the last dying embers, finally bursting out of the cocoon completely a completely changed man than how he was normally remember.


A slightly taller, more filled out muscular frame and Raven colored hair that only turned white when he channeled a large amount of Infestation or activated Sage Mode. He appeared older in the face, cleanly bearded with his hair pulled up into a ponytail. His clothing was highly tribal, like he'd fully embraced the culture of his grandparents and and found comfort in it more than the shinobi life he used to lead. His back and hip were bizzarely bare, without his usually sword or gun, but Odea's soul, his wife's soul, had been one he hadn't been able to save.

Tabrynth recorded this Phenomenon after the attack on the soul of Jaehaerys.

"Interesting," Tabrynth replied to the new information, especially as it coagulated and reconfigured itself in congruity with the original form of Koudo Tamura, "Yet Still..."

The sound of what would be the normal, natural report of the findings of Tabrynth would be garbled by the noise of music that twittered about the isolated voidspace. The stars all around became brighter, and as they did, the sound of harmonious music becoming louder, before saturated, dark colors seeming to move about in flux could be seen almost like a dimmed version of the northern lights, only in space. The stars seemed to twist and turn around him, and the music also sped up or slowed down with the tempo of the turning.

The ground under the anomalous Koudo Tamura swirled in the same direction as the stars did, even if he, himself, remained stagnant; it seemed as if it would turn into a sinkhole whirlpool, and it functioned like a screw being loosened and being pulled out of the hold that it fit into, slowly caving in whilst spiraling downward.

Likewise, the entire time, the two floating glowing bars that served as eyes would randomly illuminate, brighten and change color in time and in tune with the music that was playing, as if portraying some sort of emotion or feeling, yet the shifting melody caused it to remain inconsistent, despite the mellifluous fluidity of the harmonious music sounding off all throughout the voidspace.

"'Eeeeerrrwego!!!" cried out a woman rather smugly, her sharp, shark-like eyes popping up from out of the deep from exactly where the boundary of the swirling whirlpool underneath Koudo's feet formed, "Thas what I'm talkin' about, champ!" She chuckled smugly, still in her battle mindset, which had an air about it that was like a mixture of confidence and insanity, as shown by how close she appeared to her target and how very sharp and narrow her eyes were as she did. Twas only out of the corner of her shark eyes that she glazed the man's sight, for as she rose from the depths, the passing was just that slight and swift.

Another gunshot, point blank, whilst still in motion.

Likely distracted by it, Taijitu, the Female version of Tymon, drew up the rest of the Dimensional Space Pirate Ship as if navigating it on the sea and it had just come up from underneath the water like a submarine. Tracing the edge of the whirlpool, she swerved it around like a car going into a spinout or drifting, keeping her sharp eyes on her target that she continually looked at with a certain 'smug' face that almost seemed daunting, yet looked like it naturally belonged there. Yet, there was nothing smug about her eyes.

She blinked once.

The space where the soul of Jaehaerys was shot at became frozen in a thick ice, taking on its similitude in shape and form, yet remaining hollow, empty and devoid of the actual essence, itself. There was nothing there, yet the ice seemed to form around the actual absence of essence and presence, itself, in order to establish and maintain itself. It hovered there before Koudo Tamura as a block of dark ice with a pitch black core.

As the ship continued to turn and expand the whirlpool, it also slipped in close to the edges of the voidspace, where it became dusty and cloudy like nebula, and began to slink into it slowly, but only partially, so that the ship could remain in sight as it continued to turn about what was like a spacial maelstrom whirlpool.

With Yui in his hands, he knew he could do what needed to be done. He squeezed her soul, a reassuring gesture to make sure she knew it was his hands in which her soul none resided. Then he gently slipped it into his tunic for safe keeping.

In his other hand, Koudo observed the black ice that formed a makeshift vessel for the remnants of his son's soul. He smirked a little, none noticable, thinking about who could have possibly had the power and foresight for such a technique. He didn't dwell, concentrating infestation into his palm and through the black ice turning it into a catalyst for the collection of soul fragments. They all began to glow before being pulled into the container and Koudo tucked it into his tunic as well.

Then he reached out and hand and snatched the bullet coming his way out of the air. Well... Snatched really was the right word, for he actually caught it between his index and thumb. He sighed.

"Full Defenses."

Then he began to glow, silvery blue chakra forming a thin layer of second skin over his own real skin. He didn't make any other motion besides that, but he did decide to speak.

"Are we going to keep doing this? I have other souls that need correction. I brought them with me from the other side."

*PEW*

Tai shot at Koudo again for his smart mouth, the bullet only just grazing him and cracking a hole in the voidspace right beside him in the exact spot where he'd think to touch the bullet again, as if it were the first one, as soon as he thought, reflexively or instinctively acted, and actually did it all at the exact same time in one motion -- which is the exact point when the bullet would crack the void and pierce through to a different realm.

"YER DAMN SKIPPY," Tai shouted, getting right rowdy, "YOU'VE BEEN FUCKING WITH ME FOR LONG ENOUGH TO KNOW JUST HOW THE FUCK I GET!!" It nearly looked like she could huff at him, yet on her face was something a little different than perhaps that of a part of her that Koudo knew intimately; several parts, in fact.

Tension drew into her arm, whose muscles tightened as her trigger finger did -- trembling. Sound magnified as force compacted around her tightly stiffened arm, causing it to quake further with the emanent force amplifying it and the sound of the gunshot as soon as it fired, giving it magnificative power via the sound and force amplification.

Three different large cracks in the unstable realm all at vital points, all in a matter of three angry shots. The very dimension, itself, was cracked all the way through, skewing all forms of perception and image to the point where the very lens of gravity maintaining atmosphere in place anywhere was always cracked like glass, forcing the actual realm itself to be damaged by the cracks that made its dimensional structure and foundation weak. The crack lines extended from the bullet holes in the voidspace all the way to the very bounds of the dimension, itself, even unto the beyond of the void. No matter how far it extended, the cracks would also be extensive to that degree.

"Tch," Taijitu scoffed, her ship still churning, slipping in and out, "Don't get fucked up forgetting who you fucked with..." She rolled her eyes defiantly and sucked her teeth rebelliously, making a face that seemed to be a mixture of a twisted sadistic disgust and masochistic discontent, "... Cuz you 'on't even know the HALF of it, mate!" Finally, she dove off, literally leaning off into the nebulous abyss and seeming to keel over immediately, as if top-sizing the boat...

Yet, nothing came up out of the deep.

Koudo didn't reach to catch the next bullets. She was right, after all, he did know enough about this person to know that they didn't know when to quit. He also know that catching the first bullet would provoke her and she'd switch up her strategy. She hadn't changed, much. He still remembered the girl Cleff experimented on with the help of himself, Aeon and... Cross? Perhaps he didn't remember as well as he thought.

Regardless, he rested his elbow of one arm in the palm of the other and stroked his bearded chin. "I don't seem to recall "messing with you" and considering you killed my son, when he was trying help, I think that makes us even." Koudo wasn't interested in fighting, that's why he made no motions to do so. Her bullets swerved around him, like their flight paths had been altered by some unseen force, causing fractures in the realm to form. It would be easy for Koudo to use his portal generation in conjunction with one of the rifts that formed and led away from here, but he didn't do that.

He wanted to deal with this now. Get it over with. Move on to the next bullets points on his agenda. He knew he couldn't do that without waiting for this to be over. Wei had already proven that the criminal path was no fun because omnipresence ruined the surprise of fun story telling. Koudo wouldn't bother. He just wanted to be folded in like a normal part of this world, so he could fix the people closes to him and then retrieve what was taken from him.

Just then, the shark-eyed woman, Taijitu, sprang up from out of the vortex forming underneath the apparently floating Koudo Tamura's feet as he spoke to her, eyes gleaming and withholding a bit of edginess that had yet to be fully expressed to him for his actions.

"... Just Because I Gave You A Part Of My Heart And A Piece Of My Mind Doesn't Mean You Got The Whole Package."

As she spoke, it seemed like those words were the most clear, rational and sound; so much so, that all the noise around her came together in harmonious silence just to allow her to speak -- something like when the music to several different songs and a television commercial all end simultaneously as you both finish a sentence and begin a new one.

But then.

"I AIN'T SHIT LIKE CHITA, YA GET ME!?!??!?"

The spiraling void exploded outward, churning itself downward and drawing the woman down deeper into the void, as if she were digging a tunnel with the maelstrom whirlpool by her own Emanations and she, herself, was boring herself deeper down the more that she intensified the vacuous centripetal force.

"EVEN THOUGH I -AM- CHITA, AND MORE."

Her hair flared up simultaneously, beginning to glow, but was already dimmed out by the dark matter of the void that was present as nebulae.

Her shark eyes still pierced through the pitchest of darkness with seemingly no actual difference in brightness at all.

Suddenly, a small kid in a hoodie popped up literally out of thin air next to the soulspace where Jaehaerys' soul once resided. It touched the frozen 'Black Ice' sculpture and observed its crystalline sheen, eyeing himself with his own sharp gaze, then looking at the man talking to Taijitu and intensified his glare -- crooked, sharp-tooth smile widening.

"Kiss O Death," the imp boy cried out, the pitch black area that was encased in ice suddenly absorbing energy directly from Koudo Tamura, himself, and growing slightly larger, yet still remaining contained by the 'Black Ice'.

"Asuka..."

At the signal, the imp child warped away with the soulspace in hand, captured in crystal, and connected to the original part of Koudo that was his son, Jaehaerys', soul.

"Sorry about your son..." a completely different voice spoke out from what seemed to sound like a projected communication device, or a hacked communication device, with the line only being so clear without their being static and radio wave interference, though still sounding high-tech like that of the most advanced technology could create because of the clarity of speech.

This voice was completely different from the voice of Girl Tymon, Taijitu, and the little unnamed imp boy that seemed to be working with her; that of a young, dignified female.

It continued, "... Jaehaerys Gallaeron, the son of Koudo Tamura, is not truly dead." It seemed ready to proceed with an informative speech and detailed listed message of points that were critical to the situation. "In fact, if you utilize the utilities and facilities of the Veritas, you should be able to bring him back from the dead with no issue at all, no matter how little of him you have left, and also no matter the probable nor possible or potential outcomes of any of the given conditions and beyond." The young woman spoke as if she were a tactician, which is something that Koudo Tamura should have already been accustomed to by now, lest he'd forgotten after all of the years that the Lost World took from him.

"If you'd care to know more, then ask the Tabrynth. Thank you."

The young lady's voice fizzled out.

Koudo closed his eyes, folded his arms, and crossed his legs to float seated in the air. The thin veil of Infestation that surrounded him kept him protected from harm since he had focused everything to defense and nothing to offense. He was tired. He had things that he wanted to do that didn't involve fighting. Fighting didn't solve any problems efficiently on the Lost World and it didn't stop the Horsemen from winning. He sighed again, shaking his head, he wasn't going to entertain her when there were more important things that needed to be done.

This wasn't the same Koudo who had come to visit a couple of times, when the Horsemen hadn't actually been anything more than an empty threat to the planet. This was an older Koudo. A Koudo that survived the Horsemen, but lost his home in the process. He was over any feelings he may have had for any members of the Tensei family. He was over any grudges or ill intentions. He just wanted to live.

He felt a slightly draining effect, but it wasn't draining his energy at all. He had the souls of Vescrutian Bhumi, Ace, Mira and all the others along with him so they're fragmented souls could be restore like his had been. For now they just existed as alternate sources of power for himself, until he placed them within the Veritas vessels that the Tensei had created. He thought he'd figured out how everything worked, but he had to be completely sure.

The energy that was being absorbed "directly from Koudo Tamura" was the weakened soul energy of the other people he'd saved from the Horsemen's damanation on the Lost World. In essence, this fight Taijitu seemed keen on continuing was just killing those people too. Like she'd already done with his son. The only soul Koudo made sure wasn't effected was Yui's.

"You plan to kill everyone else too?" It seemed like he ignored the alternate voice that spoke to him, but he heard it and understood what was said. Regardless of the information it shared, Koudo didn't want or need the help. He saw how expecting that help actually worked. It killed his son. He'd solve it on his own, like he had with saving himself from the Horsemen.

After The Tabrynth, which was already configuring the protocol for 'Code-O', would identify the specific particles of his makeup that were either anomalous or fragmentation, those would become the targets for connection to Koudo Tamura due to the very nature of his being to actually disperse himself in such fashions, which meant they remained part of him even in separation and gave a certain amount of his own fractions of information about he, himself, as a whole being.

These slivers of information were monitored each according to their frequency and connected to via streams of inverting converting energy that was linked to the Code-O 'Program' that was created. It would connect the entire realm together via the Tabrynth, where the 'Code-O Program' was written as a 'Protocol' in order for this very situation to be able to occur at all.

"Don't forget," Tabrynth stated in Taijitu --the Female version of Tymon's -- voice, "I'm still Khrona, no matter what form I give myself." If Koudo remembered anything about his old leader, he not only was a psycho master with a god-like mind containing him, but also there was a female version of himself that he was in love with, as well. Not that he probably ever had been that deep into Khrona's mind before, since the Insanity would have certainly overcome him back in those days, and they also were not that close because his 'Future' daughter, 'Priere', hadn't yet come from the sister dimension that she was cast into as a baby and grew up in.

Each of these options that were listed were up to the preference of the 'User' at the time, since the Tabrynth was here as a Navigator and also as a representative for the Veritas.

"Or," the Tabrynth went on in recitation, seemingly droning, "Would you like to continue on into the Veritas?"


"There is also the option of... Going on by yourself, as I'm sure you're more than aware."

"Huh," Taijitu scoffed at Tamura's bold statements, "Chyeah." Her eyes sharpened, as if she were sneering at him. "Right." She recalled some pretty intimate moments that they shared that still had some weight to them, especially since the gold value was going to come up in a little while when the Black Sand Pirates were done with the booty. "Don't send any of your 'Takers' after me, chump, or else I might actually blow a gasket for real."

Naturally, the culmination of Tymon, himself, as a person in a singularity and also in female form meant that each of the versions of himself as a female which were all together as one entity -- The Goddess -- they would not be the same as they were independently, and neither would she be like just any one of them all together as a whole.

It was actually truly -TYMON- HIMSELF as a FEMALE and a GODDESS, as it was explained Taijitu was.

"Just rememba' what we had if you need some hindsight sometimes, ya get me?"

She scoffed, rolling her eyes off into the darkness of the maelstrom, which would deepen and eventually become silent.

The pitch dark void of Pitch Black energy lingered under Koudo Tamura now, extending the voidspace, as if drilled into and leaving a hole.


The words, "I'm Changing Back Into My Regular Self," were the last words that Koudo Tamura would hear from Taijitu before the chasm bellowed noiselessly at him.

It didn't take a rocket scientist, though Koudo had studied aerospace engineering, to realize the information that the being, who he used to know as Cleff, revealed to him. He could already tell, without needing any energy perception or to even have come into contact with her before. After all, she shared that same overzealousness.

He did not recognize Taijitu as who she was now, the female version of Khrona, but who she used to be, as he did with every version of Khrona he encountered. Though he was, obviously, ignorant to how any of them connected to Khrona at the time anyway. The girl who Cleff, who was probably already apart of the Tensei hive mind by that point, had Aeon abduct so that he could experiment on her. He had been dismissive of her back then too, so he was only following the natural trend.

He thought Khrona already knew that he didn't much care for him. While he respected the man, and his level of power, he just didn't like him that much as a person given the limited interactions that they ended up having on the Lost World. Koudo made it pretty obvious, even as a shinobi under the employment of his village. Koudo hated how he always seemed to be scheming, omnicompetence and omniscience aside. Those emotions only got stronger when he used a puppet of Chisato Uchiha to spy on a mission involving Koudo and Mana, where he sent his niece to her certain death against the Skullgirl, traumatizing her in the process. They came to a head when his connection to Priere was revealed; it ruined who he thought his friend was, and she got obsessed with that goddamn book.

He opened his eyes, separating himself from all the souls of the people he brought across the border so that they may inhabit the bodies of the vessels that were waiting for them. This had made him whole, and he wanted to do the same for the people he had been able to save along with him. For now, the souls didn't do anything but orbit around him, aglow with the same silvery blue energy as the thin second skin that enshrouded his body and protected him.

Once Taijitu was gone, without him responding to her, he unfolded his arms and placed a hand to his neck to roll it around before covering his mouth as he yawned. "Get me outta here first, Cleff." Active choice to refer to him as he knew him, not as who he was now, "I need to get back to where Ace, Whiz, Bhumi, Mira, Creed, Anasenko, and Kahlil are. I have to unite their Veritas vessels with their Vescrutian souls, so the fragmentation of their memories can be fixed."

He hoped, of course, that it would also allowed them to live peaceful lives on the Veritas and give them all a second chance at the happy lives that were ended on the Lost World. He wasn't sure what the effects of reuniting them with their souls would have, but he knew it would cause all the universal disarray that his soul had caused. After all, he as an enigma by design. So much of a mystery that even the multiverse had trouble reconciling him with the natural order.

He reached in his tunic to remove the soul of his daughter, Yui, and squeezed it to, again, reassure her that everything was alright. He could restore her too, but it would take a little more time. It was great that her soul had been recovered, but he had no idea where her vessel could possibly be. It was the same for Jaehaerys, before he was met with the misfortune of talking too much and being killed because of it.  

"Then, I need to go pick up my wife." After all, Chiyoko had been carted away and Koudo needed to retrieve her. She was the most important piece to the most difficult puzzle Koudo needed to solve.

Tabrynth became pleased by this information and proceeded with 'Interaction' accordingly.


"Here Is A 'Home Gate'; A 'Gatekeeper' That Will Allow You Instantaneous Transportation Via Dimension Gate Portal To Your 'Home World'."


The eyes of the Tabrynth, which were still gazing into the Tabrynth from beyond as digital bars of light, would open up and reveal a 'Visual' of what the 'Home Gate' was as a means to 'Access' it immediately and return to his personal doings with his personal belongings at his 'Home World' or 'Station'.

"If You Wish To Retrieve Your Wife, You Will Need The Proper Access To The Holding Facility On The 6th Moon Of The Veritas," the Tabrynth went on, "So, I Am Sending A 'Chomao' Guide -- The Being That You Refer To As 'Cleff' -- As A 'Navigator' Vessel For 'Navigation' When You Are Prepared To Undergo That 'Quest', By 'Request'."


The information would be configured into the 'Code-O Program', which was still continuing on as the Tabrynth synchronized the data. "Their Souls Are Not Lost, Nor Are They Truly Deceased, And Both Of Them Should Be In The Same Place." The 'Chomao,' Cleff, in the exact same form as it was back in the days of the Lost World -- completely unchanged -- would hover before Koudo Tamura at a standard value something like when Cleff was a being fresh to the planet on the Lost World as a Technology Sprite. The only difference was that this Cleff actually recalled all of the information as well as passage of time, and thus, as a timeless entity, would exist as it had been originally once it was created -- Default Value.
