PostSubject: Inspired Prose: Ragnarok; Gentrification Of Alfheimr   Inspired Prose: Ragnarok; Gentrification Of Alfheimr EmptySat Jul 23, 2022 11:01 am

Over the years, plentiful envoys of the Veritas, including the many forms of the Creator and Ruler and God of the Veritas, were sent out all across the dimensions. Whilst some were still out and about, making friends or destroying enemies, others were returning from excursions in order to continue to mission that was promised to the Rulers of the Otherworlds that no longer wished to suffer with the thought that one day a different realm would destroy realms that did not wish to remain untainted from evil influences.

Now Ty-kun, The Tyranophant, had at one time gone to a Realm Of Light that was integrated into the Norse Mythos, known as Alfheimr. It wasn't one of the Nine Worlds, but it was still part of that lore, no matter how obscure. That meant that it was also free-game, because it was canonically attached to a universally accepted theme, and therefore not protected by anything or anyone's personal independence, like the Veritas -- its own entity -- was.

Ty was mistreated there, and they were shown to very maliciously hate all things associated with God, as well as anyone who loved God. He'd seen for a very long time after studying them in their own habitat how they thrived, and it truly was just a realm of light -- smoke and mirrors; vanity and manipulation of perception. It didn't matter, because it was a very simple concept to control, if you understood the mechanics fully -- which they did not, for sure. But not many inhabitants of their own realms fully grasped their entire realms. Fortuitously. That made this so much easier.

"Yo, You Know What? I Completely Forgot That The Fucking Light Realm Of The Elves Was Mentioned In The Grimnismal... And Wouldn't Ya Know? They Interacted With My Dark God, Whose Name Is Grimnyzmal, And Was Inspired By The Name And Works Of The Nordic Grimnismal -- Which Alfheimr Was Named -SPECIFICALLY- In." Once The Tyranophant's Dimension Eyes caught sight of that, he was able to piece some things together. "Looks Like Their Sacred Texts Are About To Backfire On Them, Because They Pissed Off Odin Himself, Yeah? Just Like The Grimnismal Stated When He Came In The Form Of Grimnir And They Mistreated Him?" Seems like history simply repeats itself with some cultures. Most cultures, actually.

"And, In Fact, If Records Serve... They Not Only INTERACTED With Grimnyzmal... They Also OFFENDED Him. Hmmm. Well Now." Ty-kun licked his thumb and turned the page of the ethereal records before him, smirking maliciously. "... Guess We'd Better Equivocate." He snapped his fingers and his Light Realm, Luz, would merge with Alfheimr, the Realm Of Light, and blend them into a light manifestation that was under the Veritas' influence. But the light was blended so perfectly that there seemed to be no change at all. Nothing was different.

Ty-kun chuckled. "Yeah, You Wanna Do The Honors, Grimnyzmal The Abyzmal?" A third eye opened up in the center of Ty-kun's head, and darkness spread from it, wrapping around him and bringing him back down to the Sixth Restriction, in his Dark God form, Grimnyzmal.

Inspired Prose: Ragnarok; Gentrification Of Alfheimr Grimny12
Quote :
Ýdalir call they the place where Ull
A hall for himself hath set;
And Álfheim the gods to Frey once gave
As a tooth-gift in ancient times.
-Grimnyzmal-

The next moment, the Tyranophant was the Grimnyzmal, Thanytoz, who ruled over all darkness. And, with a realm of pure light radiating so, they were incapable of seeing the very gigantic shadow that they spread with their vanity. They were very weak and limited, and needed to feel powerful and great, but could only do so on a plane where others were made lesser whilst they were made greater, and equality was veiled in light and displays. Such was USUALLY the case with Light Realms, because they had similar issues.

"These Alfar Fancy Themselves Vanir, Gods Of Vanity, It Seems. Fortunately, I Know That The Vanity Gods Were Only Formidable Because They Were Vain, And Not Because They Had The Strength They Or Others Boasted." So, it was about time for the Veritas to circumcise such a piddly little world. All of the very nice and beautiful lovely scenery and all the work they put into appearing loving and magnanimous was no much more than a cry for help and attention as a greasy grab at power and authority. Poorly made, too, but the lightshow was actually pretty good. And for most, all they needed was a good lightshow -- that's why so many enjoyed the Light-Bearer, Lucifer, and did not understand the actual job nor meaning of his name. They only saw what they wanted, and not was was, without any emotions or exaggeration. Some things were just made to look good to hide what was terrible inside, but that terrible inner sin could simply not be held forever, and would always seep out eventually, and then be justified and veiled in a light to make them delude themselves by their own lights that it was acceptable just because no one could tell or see. But it was just another consequence made to blind them long enough to restrain them by their growing corruption, until it consumed them and everything without them seeing.

But it mattered not. This was actually about resources and business, and though the personal vendetta would be atoned for in the process, this truly and certainly was more of a business matter than anything.

The Dark God's eyes were on the realm of light and their entire universe, as the actual darkness of space itself, enclosing it in the boundaries of only its little tiny universe amongst the vast and expansive multiverses and dimensions. By their own limited visibility, they would be restrained and restricted, and they would not be able to survive beyond just the boundaries of the Norse Worlds, the only place where they could exist and be deemed any type of powerful at all. But Grimnyzmal The Abyzmal was going to enjoy watching that destruction, surely and absolutely.

-Living End-

"Even In This Heathenism Of A Heathen Realm Seeking To Uprise And Overthrow God, They Don't Even Realize That Their Actual Realm Itself Was Made For The Lord." Despite being in a different language, much of what is in the Norse mythos can be transliterated into others, both before their time and afterward. Meaning, not much of it is truly original, but a great deal is a mixture of older things, yet also the father of things later on. "... And I Am The Lord." Freyr, whose name means 'Lord', may have a Proper Noun as a name, but because it is transliterated into 'Lord', the same as in canonical Biblical translations (across many languages), it is equated to the term 'Baal' or 'Lord' as a general position, and not wholly a person. It is both a Title and a Name, similar to The Tyranophant and Ty.

Unfortunate that these allegedly well-learned Alfar had no idea about the wonders of literal transliteration. That light must be so blinding in that isolated little world. It sure seemed like it when they saw only what they wanted. But now? They'd be forced to see what they didn't want to happen all around them OUTSIDE of their realm until they were surrounded just like Grimnyzmal, the Living Shadow, surrounded their entire universe now. "Alfheimr Was Made As A Gift To The Lord, No Matter What Translation. This Means It Is Permanently Consecrated As A Holy Place Belonging To The Lord, And The Lord May Come And Claim Dedicated Territories At Any Time." Maybe they should have looked into the cryptic context just a bit more. But it didn't matter now. "... You Should Blame Your Ancestors For That." The Dark God turned away from Alfheimr momentarily in order to go observe other things from the darkness.

But surely, this place would repent, and it would be gentrified, as was promised upon the departure of The Tyranophant.

-Friday-

As Grimnyzmal turned his head away from the repugnant display of the heathens, his rather heathen wife, Black Friday, manifested from his own vacuum, which was like a shadow of a force, and thereby under capacity for control by the Dark Goddess, as well. "And Can You Believe They Mistreated Me, Friday, Who Is Supposed To Be Their Frigg And Their Freyja? But, What Can You Expect From Little Isolated Backwater Realms That Only Know Their Own Little Small And Diversity-Lacking Communities?"

Didn't matter now; they'd pissed of the Dark God and the Dark Goddess plus the Tyranophant as a whole, and likely other entities of the Veritas, and the time to atone had come. The realm would surely be gentrified, and they'd suffer a fate that they thought they could commit to the Tyranophant, except it will be forcing them to stay IN their realm. That is, they'll be banished to REMAIN where they are, never to emerge, as the Veritas and The Tyranophant go about and interact with all the vastly diverse planes of existence beyond just a tiny little speck of light in the infinite dimensions. How vain these Vanir were to believe they were so great. But, what Vanir did not, yeah? Such is why they were the Vain Gods, and Vanity also counted as a blinding False Light.

"So, Their False Light Is Gonna Be Wiped Out And Overwritten By True Light, And They Won't Know The Difference Until They Actually Have To Be Forced To Look Outside Their Little Realm." It was a cute and fitting end for the vain ones. "They Didn't Even Believe When I Literally Struck Them With Bad Luck Because They Sinned Against Us, So Now I Don't Have To Worry About Warnings~! I Can Go All Out And Be Free, Like The Name 'Frigg' Means'." She was not known as the 'Unbound Influence' for no reason, whether they truly knew the depth of Friday or no.

"Don't Worry, Love. I Want First Dibs On Torturing Them Anyway." She snapped her fingers and the Sixth Moon of the Veritas, which was also known as the 'Hell' of the Veritas, would merge with the core of their realm, and begin to erode it from the inside out, consuming it photon by photon, until the seamless transition was complete. "... If We Do This Right, All Of The Light Particles Will Be Filtered Into Our Hell System, And By The Time The Display Starts Showing Up In Their Light, And They Realize Their Realm Is No Longer A Heavenly World, But A Condemned Realm Of False Light As A Prison To Keep Them Trapped In Hell By Themselves, It'll Be WAY Too Late." And the gentrification will be complete.

As was tradition, those who crossed the Veritas had to suffer the consequences, and this realm had much atonement to compensate for all of their sins. Not even against Ty, but against God, whom they hated and spread hatred for. "Ready To Beat Down Some Elitist, Racist, Sacrilegious Bitches?!" Black Friday was SURELY prepared to smite them with a Black Friday, and watch them not even realize, or be able to retort. "You're Going To Be Manually Overwritten And Then Extracted Of Your Valuable Resources, Hoez." It would take literally no work at all to wipe these jokers off the map. They were already in their own Helelalchrum, and now, their personal Helelalchrum would be contained inside of the Helelalchrum of the Veritas for experimentation purposes.

"Hmhmhmm... You Have Done Well, My Dear..." spake the Grimnyzmal, returning back into the darkness from gazing through the Third Eye, "... But Now, It Is About Time That We Show Them The True Meaning Of A War." They had no idea what they'd done, but it was time to truly teach them. "Trust That They Are Nowhere Near As Resilient Or Strong As Those Whom They Hold Such Great Admiration That They Would Find Themselves To Be Both Elitist AND Racist. They Are Actually A Great Insult, If Not An Effigy Of Everything Shameful Of Such A Culture Embodied." Not that it mattered now. "War Is Not Something That Simply Goes The Way You Want It To Because You Are Orchestrating It. A Lesson To You, Heathens, For Your Transgressions." With his attention back on the target of his interest, he would show them therethen what the true power of the Veritas was -- far beyond their tiny little limited imaginations could even conceive, which was why they were even in such a situation as it was.

-Friday-

"Oh, Yes..." Black Friday moaned in a low, sultry way. "... I Love It When You Get Like This." Normally, Grimnyzmal was a very kind, yet stern person, and that could get somewhat flat every now and then with no dynamic. He had deeper layers to himself that were only brought out under certain circumstances, and Friday was no stranger to them, but she couldn't get the proper triggers, try as she might. For years and years, in all her forms, Friday tried to figure out which triggers would get the effects that she wanted, most ending in total failure via backfire. So it was a nice change of pace for something else to trigger him the way she liked, especially since he really didn't like when she did it. She managed to evade taking responsibility or accountability by pretending she wasn't or feigning ignorance, but it too did not always work out, and backfired easily.

Black Friday specifically had an appetite for destruction that needed satiation more often than she needed to even have sex, which she also fed on from her lover. Though it was part of her actual job to go about and cause destruction, it became boring and lonesome sometimes, and she wanted her husband to join her. But he just didn't get worked up like she liked as often as she liked, and she also didn't want to cause another rift between them by trying to get him to be the way she wanted.

Nevertheless, she would simply relish in his feelings and reciprocate by extending her own. "... You Know, I Think This Would Be Much Better If We Made This A Family Outing..." She recalled that at some point, her husband gave their daughter, Tabitha, a Divine Pet of the Tensei Family -- Sleipnir, the Eight-Legged Horse of Odin. Since she was gifted Sleipnir after becoming the Kurogami, Dark Goddess of the Veritas, after Black Friday and Grimnyzmal stepped down to become Dark Legends, and Alfheimr was all about Norse mythos, Black Friday figured Tabitha could join in. "... You Do Know How Our Dear Little Grimlyn Loves To Take Part In Our Destruction... She Takes So Much After You, Though." Black Friday giggled somberly.

"... Tabi~!" she cried out to the abyss, "Come To Mother! And Bring The Sleipnir~!"

An ensorcelled miasma spiraled around Grimnyzmal and Black Friday, eight legs like those of a spider extending from the front of the cloud of dark energy, whilst an equine body manifested as the upper torso. The head, however, was a humanoid woman's face, and she had long, large, black forearms with even larger claws on either one. She galloped on all eight of her spider legs like a horse, smirking all the while as her long, straight, deep black hair covered her eyes and large breasts of her naked humanoid form. "Playtime~?" the womanly figure asked childishly, circling around and around the target of interest, as if awaiting permission to engage.

-The Phantom-

"Ah, Splendid, My Dear..." praised the Dark God, narrowing all three of his eyes. "And, To Top It Off, I'd Suffice It To Say We Ought Show Them Just How Grave Their Sin Has Been To Whom They've Crossed..." Even now, it wasn't yet fully illustrated how truly terrible what they'd done to whom had been, but it would come to be soon enough. "... They Love Odin, But Do Not Even Recognize When He Takes On Another Form. Just The Same As The People That Crossed Him When He Took The Form Of Grimnir." And there was a Grim of the Devourist heritage that happened to have the name 'Grimnir'. Where there were those like Grimnyzmal and his brother, Grimlock, Grimnir was a Devourist just the same.

"Dark Keeper, The Phantom... Come Forth." In the Veritas, Grimnir, or, The Phantom, was the one who fought and subdued Jormungandr, one of the Eight Heads of Orochi, and kept it to this day as a Divine Pet. Perhaps that could be of some use here.

-Divine Pet-

When summoned, The Phantom, whose Devourist name was Grimnir, which was the name Odin used as a disguise in the Grimnismal, which is what the Devourist Grimnyzmal was named after, would sweep over their universe in a spectral wave, coating the realm in its Imaginary Space. Underneath his disembodied black boots was the head of the World Serpent that he subdued and turned into his personal Divine Pet, Jormungandr. Grimnir pulled up beside the Sleipnir and leapt from the back of the serpent and onto the back of the Sleipnir, galloping into a fiery umbral flare and disappearing.

Meanwhile, Jormungandr was given free reign to wreak havoc over their world as it pleased.

Quote :
Odin and his wife, Frigg, were sitting in Hlidskjalf, looking out on the worlds. They turned their eyes towards King Geirröth, who was reigning in the stead of his late father, King Hrauthung. Geirröth and his older brother Agnarr had been raised by Odin and Frigg, respectively. The god and goddess had disguised themselves as a peasant and his wife, and had taught the children wisdom. Geirröth returned to his father's kingdom where he became king upon his father's death, while Agnarr dwelt with a giantess in a cave.

In Hliðskjálf, Odin remarked to Frigg that his foster-child Geirröth seemed to be prospering more so than her Agnarr. Frigg retorted that Geirröth was so parsimonious and inhospitable that he would torture his guests if he thought there were too many of them. Odin disputed this, and the couple entered into a wager in this respect. Frigg then sent her maid Fulla to Geirröth, advising him that a magician would soon enter his court to bewitch him, and saying that he could be recognised by the fact that no dog was fierce enough to attack him.

Geirröth heeded Fulla's false warning. He ordered his men to capture the man the dogs wouldn't attack, which they did. Odin-as-Grímnir, dressed in a dark blue cloak, allowed himself to be captured. He stated that his name was Grímnir, but he would say nothing further of himself.

Geirröth then had him tortured to force him to speak, putting him between two fires for eight nights. After this time, Geirröth's son, named Agnarr after the king's brother, came to Grímnir and gave him a full horn from which to drink, saying that his father, the king, was not right to torture him.

Grímnir then spoke, saying that he had suffered eight days and nights, without succour from any save Agnarr, Geirröth's son, whom Grímnir prophesied would be Lord of the Goths. He then revealed himself for who he was, as the Highest One, promising Agnarr reward for the drink which he brought him.

Shifting from prose to poetry for Odin-as-Grímnir's monologue, Grímnir describes at great length the cosmogony of the worlds, the dwelling places of its inhabitants, and himself and his many guises.

Eventually, Grímnir turns to Geirröth and promises him misfortune, revealing his true identity. Geirröth then realized the magnitude of his mistake. Having learned that he is undone, he rose quickly to pull Odin from the fires, but the sword which he had lain upon his knee slipped and fell hilt down, so that when the king stumbled he impaled himself upon it. Odin then vanished, and Agnarr, son of the dead King Geirröth, ruled in his father's stead.

Jormungandr, the World Serpent of Olde, wove its way through the realms of Alfheimr and any related locations, then bound itself by its own tail, binding them together as well, and also linking the Veritas' Imaginary Space around theirs to prevent them from being able to escape the Ouroboros. Jormungandr did naught else but that, and seemed contented with only doing just that, for the moment.

-The Titans-

An indefinite loop of time passed, yet no time passed at all -- such was the state of an Ouroboros, especially when a World Serpent was binding the worlds in such an infinite loop by biting its own tail. Now, however, the World Serpent was bid to release its tail and initiate Ragnarok for the poor, unfortunate worlds of Alfheimr. War would break out immediately, and the very Tensei that they had offended so greatly would retaliate using all their own lore, all their own power, all their own rules, and all their own everything, in order to absolutely crush them. This was before even using anything the Veritas would use, which was exponentially fathoms times more.

So Jormungandr, the World Serpent, released its tail and also the time loop that bound them in the Ouroboros, allowing the effects of what went on outside of their time loop they were trapped in to strike them directly, after having been built up after so much time.

At the very same time, Jormungandr itself would ravage Midgard, the planet in which Alfheim got strength from. They did not get strength from other gods, for they were at war with most of them -- Vanir, Aesir, Jotunn, and such. Each one sought supreme power, despite all being of the same ilk, and so, they were at odds and at war, and were divided, and therefore weak. Yet, all of them seemed to draw great strength from Midgard -- which the World Serpent was initially binding in the loop. However, with the binding of Midgard, so too came the binding of all the other Nine Worlds connected, because what progress could they have if their world they drew power from was in an infinite loop of non-progression? Such would be the same of Alfheim.

So Jormungandr ravaged the surface of Midgard and drew the souls of the people to Helheim. Sure, yes, the Alfheimr could go and collect the souls from Hel, but, unfortunately for them... There would be someone waiting for them there from the Veritas. Reaping the souls and all of Helheim, waiting to invade the rest of the Nine Worlds and consume their souls by bringing them to Hel, as well.

It was Grimnyzmal, The Abyzmal -- the Dark God that they offended when the Veritas first came to visit their realm, and incited a war against them in the beginning. Even before offending the Tyranophant, -- the more powerful version -- they had offended Grimnyzmal, and he was actually the nice one, despite being extremely ruthless. So he was there in Helheim, waiting, eating up all of the souls as soon as they got there. What was Hel gonna do? Every other god or goddess was a weakling compared to those of the Veritas. Even just one was enough to take on an entire Pantheon, if not almost all of them single-handedly, including any newer pantheons.

There was nothing like the Gods and Goddesses of the Veritas, and there never would ever be.

Regardless, with Grimnyzmal drawing strength from all the souls of Midgard, none would reach Alfheim nor the other worlds, which should trigger them to attack. Fortuitously, Grim already established a place in Valhalla, which was the Lawless City Of Ruin in the Veritas, because it was a place of endless fighting and vanity -- which held fast to the letter. Such were the Vanir and such.

Either way, Grimnyzmal was expecting retaliation from any of the Otherworlders, especially from Asgard. Alfheim was like, a speck of dust in the wind, in all honesty. But Asgard was like the heaven of these realms, with all the most powerful. Thor would surely be sent to destroy Jormungandr, but that was only a distraction so that Grim could take out the rest of the Pantheon...

For, it was he alone who was Odin in disguise, as spoken of in the Grimnismal.

The Aesir sought Odin's council, for he was the wisest of all, and the time seemed to finally come for Ragnarok to begin. Whereas Odin would have given them sound wisdom and instruction, the Aesir of Asgard, and all the other Asses (as, Ass is the actual word for Gods in Norse), would have to seek their instruction from another source.

Perhaps High? Just-As-High? Third? Mimir, even?

Yet, who was wiser than Odin, that Woedin, who would bring them such great woe, that Lord Of The Goths?

Without Odin, the gods were a lost cause, ready only to brandish the blade and fight to the death. Perhaps he knew this, but whatever the case, they could, at the very least, tell that their realms were in danger because the mortals on Midgard were being taken to Helheim rather than any other worlds. That was always a telltale sign. If the entire planet was being drawn only to Helheim, then all the Hellenistic people that lived down there would end up being the fodder only for Hell, itself. They would not go to Asgard, or any heaven, and could not be the Asses they so wished to be in the heights of their little universe. They would instead all lose power -- Asses included -- and be forced to go to Helheim to correct it.

Since Thor was destined to face off against the World Serpent, he was sent as the first of them unto Midgard, and from there, the Aesir would figure out to send other warriors to each of the other of the Nine Worlds as their emissaries. This spread them somewhat thin, but they were, in all their haughty boast, confident in their numbers and powers, as Asses. Yes, these Asses could surely and certainly defeat anything with their Assholery.

So, down into the actual asshole of any world, -- which is always the Hell -- they sent an envoy that would be like a 'Pawn Sacrifice'; one who would inspect and report and draw out with the intent of dying or being lost.

Obviously as Ass move, but, it was still intelligent a move, even if showing no regard to one they claimed to love. Yet, in such love, it was that Pawn Sacrifice that would willingly sacrifice for the Asses, just to spite any and everything else that was not of their own actual race and lineage. That was the true way of the Hellenists, even to this very day, and it was in their actual blood, even when they fought against each other out of spite and pettiness and envy and general sin.

So fight they would, as a messenger, cloaked in each of their powers to conceal, was sent down to Helheim to inspect it and attempt to take back or stop the flow of souls from Midgard and anywhere else.

So, as it came to pass, everything played out just as Grimnyzmal, The Abyzmal, had foreseen. And, in order to entertain the Pantheon, he decided to play along with their lore -- in the position of whom he would be most related. Which was, as previously stated, Odin.

Thus, though Grimnyzmal was indeed within the Nine Worlds, in Helheim, it was a shade of himself -- a dark projection, which had become his alter ego, which was Odin, whose alter egos were known as what Grimnyzmal was, inversely from his people to the outer realms beyond them. That was to say, they only knew Grimnyzmal as Odin, but to Grimnyzmal, Odin was another version of himself -- a moniker, even. As, old Woedin had many. He did not acknowledge them, nor the 'Pawn Sacrifice', because he knew they could do nothing to stand against him nor stop him. Like he -wanted- them to bear witness to it and -be- powerless against it.

Either way, Odin, in the form of Grimnir, would continue drawing souls from the Nine Worlds and transferring them to Hell in the Veritas, as prisoners of war. They would be repurposed as seen fit.

In that same likeness, because Grimnyzmal begat Ragnarok amongst the Norse Pantheon, it would not only spread to the Greek, but also cause a three year Cold War (Fimbulvetr) as well as move one of the Golden Chess Pieces (Teraphim) in accordance.

Inspired Prose: Ragnarok; Gentrification Of Alfheimr Exchan11
-Exchange-

With Ragnarok having begun, and the Gods of all realms warring against each other in a Battle Of The Gods not unlike the Titanomachy and Gigantomachy, but also even greater than that, happening in their kin, which would lead to a three year Cold War amongst themselves and everyone else, totally isolated to themselves and their own things, fully segregated to only things signature to their own cultures and natures and peoples and races -- despite their functions being formally melded to function with others, alongside others who knew how they worked.

Thus, they unleashed more than just a fight in their own realm, between their own Norse Gods -- but with ALL Gods, EVERYWHERE, in ANY and ALL variations, INCLUDING God Almighty, Himself, and all iterations of him. Such was the scale of waging a war of Gods against Gods, especially to claim the title of God.

And, to represent both God and The Veritas, was Grimnir, the guise of Odin, projected by Grimnyzmal, who was Odin here, to do his bidding, for the sake of his vengeance against the Norse Gods and Alfar of Alfheimri, plus all of Alfheim and affiliates, in totality. The war they started was coming back for them, because the Veritas was only just the beginning, despite also being the end as well. Yet, Alfheimr wasn't there with the Veritas. Nothing was, legend has it. So, all such existence was vain, as Vanir lived.

Regardless, the deed was long done, and this was the actual consequence, damned eternally into place, for the sake of everything that led up to it, in all the variety and array -- something like a rainbow bridge, covering all spectra of matter. Bifrost.

The Phantom, Grimnir, the guise of Odin, Grimnyzmal, took this spectral form of light over the entirety of the Nine Worlds, binding them together again as they had been when they were created -- before the bridge was broken and hidden, so none could pass, except the chosen of their lineage, who could see the bridge, Bifrost, that bridge of the Gods of Creation, to their realm of Creation.

So then, their retaliation was to Uncreate (possible Uncanon) the ones that Sinned against them. On behalf of God. And this was their official declaration that war was accepted, and Ragnarok was truly on.

"Three Years Cold War." The Teraphim, which were God Pieces in Hebrew, translated into Golden Chess Pieces in Norse, were set into motion by Odin, who was Grimnyzmal, who was Grimnir, who was The Phantom.

And everything would move to the will of the true Puppet Master.

After what the Veritas did to Alfheimr, this is the outcome:

Quote :
Ragnarök, the Twilight of the Gods, has come and gone. The realms of Álfheim, Ásgard, and Vanaheim are no more. From the ashes of Yggdrasil, a new tree has risen, Mímameiðr. You now stand on the edge of Iðavöllr, a continental shelf residing within the tree's branches. Before you lies the Land of Víðbláinn in the field of Iða; behind you is the edge of the realm and the magical bridge Ljósbrú, which leads to the other worlds residing in Ginnungagap, the Yawning Void. Say !commands to see a list of dream options.

Finding this out, the Veritas sent a scout -- Adiane -- to infiltrate and assess the primitive life. They were a bit more refined, but ultimately still far too underdeveloped, and were inhospitable. So, yet another war with the new realm was active now.
