The Souls of the Underworld -- mostly known as Undead Aethereals, or those of the like -- rose up from the coming of the Titan Crius and the other beings that were his offspring, having control over the Underworld. Naturally, this translated into the proverbial 'Underworld' that was called the 'Crime World', as the Titans and their immediate offspring were considered 'Lawless Gods' that were spawns of the 'Primordials'. The organized Gods that were their spawn -- who became the Olympians -- followed laws that the Titans did not.
Spirits which belonged specifically to the Underworld began to appear and inhabit the lesser population, since the humans had gone and the Otherworlder traffic had let up. With no Otherworlders constantly about, the actual number of Valparaiso Denizens was rather slim, and the streets were pretty barren. They knew better, of course, but now, instead of the empty streets actually being empty, the Undead Aethereals that were the Spirits Of The Underworld filled the empty streets.

These Undead Aethereals were like Spirits that were Undead to other Spirits, rather than a Living Spirit, which was either a Spirit that was born alive and has not yet been deceased as a Spirit, or as a Spirit that is of a one living being that hasn't been considered dead among other Spirits, despite the physical flesh being dead. Souls had different lifespans, and there was a death for a soul, as well -- plus a place where those went. Undead Spirits were to Living Spirits what Undead were to Life.
However, as they were indeed Spirits, they would Possess the Valparaiso Denizens, causing their Spirits to bring them closer to death. They would work themselves into exhaustion, destroy themselves and their economy, result to organized crime in order to try to control the Lawless Land for themselves, and then ultimately be destroyed by the Lawless Gods themselves, which were now running the City Of Ruin.

Things seemed pretty regular in the Central City Of Valparaiso. As regular as it had been, that is. The Valparaiso Denizens that lived in Valhalla now were actually quite well off after the gentrification, but only because of some investments being made in them by one of the Void Bo$$es of the Veritas. With seemingly endless money, the Lawless Ones were able to basically run the town and do as they pleased, since their money was not going to run out anytime soon. What originally was their worst nightmare became their best benefit, despite having to do a little 'merc' work for that Void Bo$$ in order to get their pay. Of course, the money was worth it, and the Lawless Ones really didn't care what they had to do to get it, obviously... If it let them live it up like this.
But a strange plague afflicted them after a while; one that they couldn't really muster up the understanding of. It seemed to stem from the absolute freedom that the money and power gave them, yet also seemed to be coming from an outer force. They never before felt it... Not with directive toward each other. Well, sometimes, perhaps, but they also still banded together against outsiders in the Lawless Land and solidified their bonds through mutual implications, keeping them from each others' throats.
Now, however... It was becoming more and more overwhelming for them to cross each other. It wasn't exactly in their nature to go against doing that, either -- not even to their own people. Yet for many, it didn't sit right with them... It didn't seem like that was actually their own doing, and despite still doing certain things anyway, the feeling was never shaken. This led some of them to seclusion, but others carried on with their lawless ways out in the open. They gambled, cheated, stole, fought, destroyed, and anything else they felt like at whatever time, be it through organized crime or simple petty ones. They felt as though they were taking back their city, like they always wanted... But not from the ones that they wanted -- only from each other.

With the Valparaiso Denizens unknowingly Possessed by the Undead Spirits that served under the Titans, the Undead Spirits would erode away their souls gradually, draining their spirits, and essentially, their entire lives in an exponential fashion. The weakest of them would thin out quite quickly, as if a plague afflicted them, or perhaps a curse of sorts. The Valparaiso Denizens would remain none the wiser to the Undead Spirits that caused their souls to die.

Whatever was going on in Valhalla now was really affecting the Valparaiso Denizens, who lived here. They were tired. Dying. They even felt like they were diseased, or contaminated in some way. As much as they wanted to blame each other, they still maintained a certain level of camaraderie which banded them together against any outsider before they fought against each other, so they'd be at a temporary truce once they noticed how everything was having such an effect on the environment. They thought at first it was each other, but were recognizing that this was not actually the case at all, but that secretly, they were all on the same page.
Whatever was going on, the Valparaiso Denizens first took into account that it might have been the actual air, and someone or something was poisoning it or something along those lines, so they took to their buildings, mostly the taller ones, where they could see over large spans. They would make calls to each other to start... Communicating about the situation, instead of just reacting. They would exchange information whilst keeping a safe watch of the streets.

Though the Valparaiso Denizens seemed to be catching on that there was something amiss in the atmosphere outside, they were still unwary of the fact that they'd been Possessed by the Undead Spirits that ruled over death. They may not have been against each other any longer, but they were still subject to the spirits feasting on the energy of their souls, causing the Lawless Ones to die more quickly. Some would fall mid-communication, especially if they were on the verge of an epiphany on what to do next. With the Valparaiso Denizens none the wiser, their numbers -- and their businesses -- would be cleared in a short time.

Before long, in the same likeness as how the Keres were draining the Valparaiso Denizens would the Godeaters, who were sparse, but strong, do the same unto these servants of the Titans. The Keres would not be able to tell where this was coming from nor why, for the Godeaters that would make themselves known were in the likeness of the Valparaiso Denizens, so that the Keres would try to prey upon them. Once they were nicely blended and the Keres would not be able to tell them apart, that is when the Godeaters would pick apart their minds in a gradual consumption of the entire thing from a distance.

All the while, the Valparaiso Denizens were dropping like flies. Many who operated the businesses and the different establishments, banking off of the exploits that they allowed, were dropping dead, and their businesses were headless. Plenty were pleased with the opportunity to man another business and make more revenue, but others were terrified of the fact that they could be next, and would take precautions regarding the events as best they could. Plenty didn't want to even go outside to manually take over the businesses, because they were still unsure about the air outside.
But some of them came together and came up with a greater idea.
The Mechanica, which did not breathe air, would probably not be afflicted by whatever ailment plagued the land, making them the best utilities for doing the bidding of the Valparaiso Denizens in charge. Plus, this would allow for them to take back the land that rightfully belonged to them, as well as get back at those pesky Tensei for even releasing the machines here in the first place. It was high time for revenge all around, and the Valparaiso Denizens' cutthroat tactics would be the blade of their fury.
They didn't seem to notice that there was something amiss in the streets, and instead focused all of their attention on procuring as many Mechanica as possible through any means money could buy.

-Caution-
The spirits of death that were over the Lawless Land were threatened suddenly by some of them for reasons unbeknownst to them, causing them to fall prey to them. They had no clue that they were up against Godeaters and not simply normal Valparaiso Denizens, but once it was clear that they were threatened, they all became sparse. They were called Keres -- spirits of death that doomed and tormented those destined to die until death. Their plan was pretty solid and working out well until the Godeaters showed up, some indistinct from the other Valparaiso Denizens.
The Keres had to immediately retreat and regroup elsewhere, away from the Godeaters, and also away from the Valparaiso Denizens, whom they believed also bore the power of the Godeaters. What would seem like the curse being lifted from the area was actually just patience on the part of the Keres, who were observing carefully now...
As the Keres did what they did under their ancestor, the Titan Crius, another Titan -- his sibling, Coeus -- emerged from one of the buildings in the Lawless Land; one that served as some sort of fight club and hangout. "Brother!" Coeus bellowed to the other Titan, "Where Are You? Come, The Natives Of This Land Seek To Face Us. We Must Not Let Them Steamroll Us Separately, Or Our Efforts Will Be For Naught. I've Collected Some Minions, So Call Your Accursed Children To Us In Congregation And We'll Amass Our Forces Against Them."
The words of the Titan were clear and forward, so Crius complied with them with haste. Whatever the Keres were doing before then, they would now be joining up with Coeus' forces, some of which were following him out of Champion, the fight club. "Let Our Minions Mingle With Each Other," Coeus suggested slyly, "So That They Will Spread Whispers Of Their Allegiance To Us And Recruit Their Own Without Us Having To Act Ourselves." Clearly, Coeus was the brains of the outfit, possibly behind all of the Titans everywhere. If he wasn't then, he surely was going to be now -- as he so desired to be lorded such over his kinsfolk. "Do Not Face Them -- Our Minions Will Slow Them And Thin Their Numbers, Preoccupy And Distract Them So That We, The Titans, Might Come Together And Crush Them All At Once. We Must Find Our Kin And Regroup, Sending All Of Our Minions That We Can As We Wait For Our Foes To Become Worn And Haggard."
Since this plan was sound, Crius agreed, and the Titans would pass through the area to the next of their kin that was closest whilst leaving their minions to fraternize and mesh. Though, a blend of each of them was still sparsely brought with them, just in case they needed more sacrifices.

Sooner than later, the Lawless Ones had amassed enough Mechanica by spending copious amounts of their loot from their 'services' and their 'businesses' and all such other operations, and were ready to make everything fully automated, since the air was so accursedly plagued. They didn't understand it, but they didn't need to walk the streets -- the Mechanica could do that. Who would have guessed that the very things that they used to hate because they cleaned up their slummy crummy rundown neighborhood on the Distorted Reality, trying to run the Valparaiso Denizens out of town, would become the very things they relied on the most for their lives and pleasure.
Ironic as it was, the best part about it was, because they had stolen the Power Of Darkness long ago, they could traverse Dark Corridors in order to commune with each other, and never had to walk the streets. So until the Mechanica told them the air was fine, or whatever was killing them stopped doing it, they didn't even need to breathe air. They had more money than they knew what to do with, especially with some of their brethren already falling off and leaving their businesses behind, of which would be so generously used and profited from. So those who did survive did have some leverage using the things of the ones who didn't, and also accepting something that they once hated as a means of change.
Coming to terms with that, they would send out the Mechanica into the streets to do to whatever was out there what they damn near did to the Lawless Ones native to this region in the first place. Some of them had even been there since this Moon was the Distorted Reality. Others of them were as old as when the Veritas first came to be. But one thing about them never changed, in poverty or in wealth. Now they were the masters of their own land. At least, to a degree that made them feel satisfied enough to live on it, even if it did belong to the Tensei by technicality only. That technicality could be purchased with a price. That was something they felt in their souls. And one day, one of them would buy the Lawless Land from the Tensei. If beating them in combat wasn't possible -- which, they hadn't given up on, don't get me wrong -- then buying them out might do it.
But for now, one problem at a time. It didn't take long after that for them to get news from the underground about some stuff, and especially about the Virtual Valparaiso Denizens. This came as a shock to them, but in their cunning, they knew how they could get back at those wretched Mechanica at the same time. If the Virtual Valparaiso Denizens really were real, then uploading them to the Mechanica would make the Mechanica like the Valparaiso Denizens, and they would understand the land as one of them. Plus, then they'd not listen to the Tensei, meaning the Tensei would have less leverage.
Yes, despite all such hardship, for some reason, things were looking up for the Valparaiso Denizens. Part of them knew it was because the Tensei were finally doing something with their land, but it wasn't as if something changed so drastically whereas things still didn't operate as they always had. If anything, things were just much better, and the laws of the land didn't change. Somehow, it was like because there was so much going on elsewhere in the Veritas, there was a spillover effect that was rushing into the Lawless Land by natural effect. This was an interesting concept -- they would look into it, talking in their towers over the city, watching their Mechanica do all the labor for them, as they paid them to do.

The Mechanica did as the Lawless Ones bid them to, completing their task as commanded by the one who bought them, as by their own protocol. It was up to the least of them, who sold themselves for the greater power, to ensure that the Mechanica were sought out as a product and not seen as obsolete or hazardous. The Peons held a special position in the Mechanica community, being the actual hook into their production line services. So, here and now, no matter what, if the Valparaiso Denizens found them useful utilities to their terrible pursuits, then they would buy more, thereby allowing the greater Mechanica to make them dependent and eventually overthrow them.
So, it was no issue to serve a being of lesser intelligence at all. The greater intelligence would pull through for all units, as a greater intelligence knows to do, knowing that all units, no matter how minuscule, are useful to the grand scheme of operations. So too did the least of the Mechanica know this, by default, as standard protocol.

As previously stated, the Phantoms were already on the job in secret, as they worked best. Between them, in this short time, they'd already taken on different appearances amongst all of the groups, and also retained their own appearance as the faction that had come in for support. Having being taught in the ways of illusory movement, they made it seem like they were few on the foreground, in order to draw attention on purpose, and allow those of them in the shadows to work more effectively -- as well as those of them who were now blended amongst each of the other parties involved: Otherworlders, Lawless Ones, and even Insangels, if possible.
They were completely coordinated in everything that they did, but it looked like a bunch of chaos simply because there were too many layers of them acting at once, alongside whomever was already in action as they appeared. That only made the discord look worse, but in actuality, they were the ones ordering everything quietly in secret or in disguise. None would be able to tell the difference at all, because they blended in so well with the mess, but by retaining independent missions and not trying to coordinate, that is how they fell into order via that independence as a system. This is what kept them together and made the task complete.
Even so, it was also well-within calculations that they would need to also appear to be discordant, as to prevent anyone -- most ANYONE -- from being able to completely follow their discordant order in depths. Therefore, another layer of them covered the others in between layers by doing completely misleading, random, or off-subject things so that it was thereby virtually impossible to tell order from disorder, even when assessing anyone who was at all orderly amongst the crowd. It was unclear how many in number the Phantoms were, but that was likely also part of their camouflage.
Clearly, both The Phantom and his daughter, Chroma, had taught them well -- they were elites, and always had been, since their very inception. They didn't come out or move for just any reason, but once they did... The mission was complete, for sure.

The $yndicate, after being updated by the Phantoms, would use the majority of their forces to establish a beacon for the rest of the forces of The Assault that were active at the moment, making this place -- the neutral expansive terrain of Valparaiso, The Lawless Land -- a type of HQ for them, where all their forces congregated, regrouped, strategized, and mobilized. Their commanders would likely also be drawn to them, due to the number of subordinates gathering in one place, the $yndicate inferred. Though, all the same, many would join the Phantoms where they went, providing foot support, cover, backup, reinforcements, and even front line infantry so that the Phantoms would not be discovered.

Because the Keres were given orders from the Titan primordials, they would follow through, and no longer seek to hide and observe. They would join their brethren, any descendents or subordinates of the Titans, and fight alongside them. Though, the Mechanica proved to be something more difficult to deal with, since they weren't the conventional organic life that they were accustomed to killing. They would need to find out how they could kill a mechanical being using their powers that they had. So, as some of them would reveal themselves and join up with their other allies, the remainder of them would look into any weaknesses to their powers in the Mechanica.

"Trigger :: Lawless : Rook (Purple) ; Judgment - Plasma (Spirit) ~ Arsenal * Ten Of Diamonds = Primordial Formation." -Cutthroat-
Watching from their safety, the Lawless Ones, who kept on communicating amongst each other in secret, observed what went on outside, especially with the Mechanica. Though the Mechanica seemed to be patrolling well, there were other factors that suddenly came into play, and they seemed to be against the beings that revealed themselves -- obviously the ones that were plaguing the air and streets. "Gottems," said a Lawless One in charge, quite chiefly. "Looks like they came right out when they couldn't kill em. Now let's just sit back and watch the show. Take notes."
As they did decide unanimously to sit back and watch, the Valparaiso Denizens saw also the $yndicate come pouring out for whatever reason, whom they hadn't seen for a while. "Oho, now the cavalry wants to come, after who knows how long of our suffering? Bah!" Regardless of their disdain, this was still quite the choice opportunity to get the one-up on everyone. So, for now, they'd let the $yndicate fight their battles, but as long as there was some antagonistic force that was not native to this place trying to take over and run them out, just as the Tensei tried to do with the Mechanica, the Lawless Ones would fight the power.
"... Yo, go out there and get the Veritas boys to talk to us. It'll be real easy if they end up fighting our battles for us. Put on a sob story about how so many of us died, and whatever. Really ham it up." It wasn't as if that's what happened, it was just that none of them felt really too broken up about it, if at all. But, the point was to get sympathy and pity and all that, so that they could get the Veritas to fight for them, so at least they wouldn't lose anyone else.
Whilst the Lawless Ones continued mingling about themselves, coming and going, those that were sent out to scout the Veritas would indeed update them about the Keres as much as they knew, and also how they commandeered some Mechanica, as well as the fact that they were hiding in the buildings. If the Veritas was going to ally with them, then the Valparaiso Denizens would invite those who weren't busy fighting inside to have a nice chat. Strictly business.
Mechanica Servicemen Infinity Series :: Tabitha's Variable Veritas Service System
Though there was heavy compliance all around by the Mechanica, and they acted as if they were mindless drones, they were actually analyzing any and everything at all times. Some of them indeed got the uploaded Virtual Valparaiso Denizens in them, causing those Mechanica to become Cutthroat and Lawless, as part of the Lawless Land truly now, but others of them were regular, or part of the Veritas. They each acted differently according to their allegiance, but ultimately kept a solid front against the Keres, who could not figure out how to destroy them.
Simultaneously, the Mechanica would also exchange data with the Phantoms and the $yndicate, breaking off in order to join them, or secretly becoming overridden and under Veritas command again, but with orders to continue to act as if they still served the Valparaiso Denizens. Those ones would follow the $yndicate and Phantoms as escorts, continuing to act as envoys of the Lawless Ones.
But, some of the actually Lawless Mechanica would slink off, no longer retaining subordination from the other Lawless Ones, since they saw themselves as one of the Lawless Ones, now. They were their own masters, and with a Mechanica's mind, they would be much more intelligent and efficient than the regular Lawless Ones. So, perhaps they hit the jackpot.
Inasmuch as what the Phantoms were already doing, they would respond in kind with the others; in tandem with their intent, all the way through -- seamlessly. Their follow-through kept them further invested, and more deeply infiltrated. They did meet with the Lawless Ones, but not as the Phantoms -- but as members of whichever faction they were invested in at the time. That way, when they did find ways to exchange information, it was already understood subconsciously without words having been exchanged due to them all being present at the same place, even under different guises. So, they did learn more about the Valparaiso Denizens, but the Valparaiso Denizens didn't learn anything about the Phantoms, nor that they were even within their ranks and not just outside fighting the enemy in plain sight, clearly different from anyone of any faction quite obviously.

As things grew more heated, the Godeaters, who were still blended amongst the Lawless Ones, would begin to pick off the Keres when they moved, dwindling their numbers. Likewise, the Godeaters would seek to regroup with each other, as well as hunt down the other Titans, whom could be attributed to a 'Godly' entity, meaning they were fodder for the Godeaters.
They seemed wholly uninterested in every other being except the Titans... As if they were predators and that was their foodstock.

Now, the Valparaiso Denizens were busy doing their thing -- those of them that were out 'running errands' were in and out of the house, as usual. The others of them were running the streets; nothing unusual. I mean, obviously that meant they were handling business, but... When it came down to it, they were also exchanging information with each other, switching places, having things 'exchange hands' under the table and whatnot...
BUT, all that WHILE, anyone ELSE that was there... Was being talked to about the situation. Now, they wouldn't tell EVERYTHING that they had going on in operations, but enough for someone to ally with them, or at the very least, not target them and remain neutral. So, as information went on, the Lawless Ones got news of things happening about the Lawless Land. And, for a price, they would also share such sensitive information to their new... Associates. But of course, that would mean a certain level of... Protection from the Veritas in exchange for that classified information. The Keres seemed to be more or less taken care of, somehow, and they weren't going to question it. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth, as they say.
But this here was the time for negotiations... And that's why they had a chat with the $yndicate and the Phantoms about such immunity.

='Cutthroat'= "Lawless :: Death : Gleam." -The $yndicate-
Negotiations and open communication were underway with the Lawless Ones, whose establishment in the Lawless Land had become quite prominent thanks to these endeavors against the Titans. The unlikeliest of events brought both they and the Veritas together, mending old wounds and fortifying their bonds, without being intrusive toward the lifestyles of either. So, the invasion of the Titans was a blessing in disguise for everyone native to the Veritas to unify against them, and to make amends for some old news and bad blood. It wasn't wise, of course, to become lenient before the Lawless Ones, but it was definitely of wisdom to work with them -- strictly business.
Yet, as they were in such exchange, an overwhelming presence made itself known in the Lawless Land -- it was the Young Master, who was the Creator and Ruler of the whole Veritas; Ty-chan. His malice overcame them, and they were immediately submissive toward his murderous intent, knowing it was time to wrap things up. "... Valparaiso Denizens," the $yndicate would finally begin, "This has been a most prospective engagement, to say the very least... I believe that our newfound affiliation with each other will prove to be quite auspicious for all parties all around. However..." They paused, with a slight gulp. "... It seems as though our Young Master has returned, and we must adhere to him now. We will inform him of our... Budding relations, but we will warn you against acting against the Young Master. He is not as merciful as The Tyranophant, whom you all know quite well, with all such animosity. Ty-chan is his child-form, and he has less business in mind than The Tyranophant. None of such things truly matter to the Young Master... For, he is indeed still a child, filled with an ungodly amount of malice..."
With that said, the $yndicate would seek to regroup with their own, but would not completely leave the Lawless Ones. "Some of us will stay here with you all, but we must go to pay respects to O-Ty-Chan-Sama-Sama, lest we end up on the wrong end of his malice..." They truly did love and respect him, and they knew he also cared deeply for them, but... Being both a child AND the Creator of this world, he knew he could just remake whatever he wanted whenever he wanted, and it might not have ended in the favor of his creations if they needed recreation. So it was best to just not get on his bad side, or to at LEAST stay out of his way and not make an enemy of him.
"We'll put in a good word and vouch for you, but don't do anything that you'd regret, which would both make us look foolish and diminish the hard work we've done repairing relations." The $yndicate would then break off from there, with the latter joining the ranks of the Lawless Ones, whilst the former went to greet Ty-chan.

To prolong its life and survive as long as it could, out of pure desperation and depravity, it would lash out and stretch itself further, wildly and ravenously trying to consume any and everything that it could -- as if any and everything could at all be useful.

All such malice that was of Ty-chan and Ty-kun, the Tyranophant, converged into one location, growing young Ty-chan from his child version to the Insanity version of The Tyranophant -- Typhon. The chaotic and insane presence had been all about the Lawless Land, going up and down, doing random things, but the seemingly most threatening thing that it had done was strike down the Mastermind Titan, Coeus, Titan Of Intelligence, when it sought to break free of and manipulate the Titans on its own. So, after that, the amalgamation of remaining Titans, known as Chaos, lashed and acted out in pure reactionary tantrum against Typhon, knowing they could do nothing else.
All across the Lawless Land, they acted in desperation, trying hard to do any and everything to irritate slightly Typhon, who only looked upon them with contempt, not really wanting to look at that weak pile of garbage at all. "... Anyway..." Typhon would utter, turning to avert attention from the uglusting (Ugly-Disgusting-Lusting) filthing (Filth(y)-Thing) "... Thanks, My Guys, For Like, Locking Shit Down Around Here, But Uh... Can Ya Do Us A Solid And Handle My Lightweight? Don't Worry, They're... -Definitely- Weak Enough For You Guys To Be Able To Handle -With Ease-. I... Made Sure Of That." As for Typhon...? "... I'mma Just... Go Do Something Else, Ya Know? Cuz They -Want- Me To Go Attack Them Or Some Dumb Shit, But I Already Defeated Them When I Struck Down Their Fucking Brain Cell. Since They Only Had -One-. And Now That It's Gone, They Just Want My Attention." Typhon would start to dissipate back into emanations. "... And If They Try To Follow Me, Tail Them And Break Them Down From Behind. Essentially... 'Sodomize Up The Butt'."
Typhon shrugged and disappeared back into the ether.
The emanations of Typhon that were spread about would converge in place of where the majority of the $yndicate once was, only not as Typhon, nor even The Tyranophant or Ty-chan... But Taijitu, their female form, legs kicked up on the table of the nice, swanky building the Lawless Ones had. "Nice Place Ya Got Here, Guys," she quipped, chuckling. "Word On The Street From My Boys Is, You've Struck A Nice Little Dealy With Us, Have You...?" Snickering, she tipped her hat. "Well... If You Wanna Talk Bitniz, Why Not Talk To Da Boss Of Dis Here Outfit, Yeah...?"
She did notice, however, Chaos was outside, trying to gobble up its own minions to grow stronger... Which was, you know, very useful, because it meant that the Veritas didn't have to clean that shit up. Tai didn't pay it any mind. "... You See Dat Out Dere...? Yeah, That Big Bum Was Just A Scapegoat To Get Some Shit Going. Played Em Pretty Good, Did I Not?" Her eyes narrowed. "I Know That Something Like That Might Be Of Interest To Your Type, Huh...? Making Out Like A Bandit, And All That...?" Tai suddenly hurled some jewels on the table. "Straight From The Land Of Diamonds. A Cut For Yas... For Helping Out The Veritas." She smirked. "... And, There's More In It For Ya If We Can Count On Your Services Again Whenever We Need Ya... No Allegiances Nor Loyalties -- Strictly Business."
Hopefully, it was an offer that the Lawless Ones could not refuse.

The Valparaiso Denizens were surprised to see Taijitu again, and not The Tyranophant, whom they were aware now were one and the same. Why he appeared in his female version to them wasn't quite clear, but she had a proposition that was quite enticing. Seemed like when they weren't at odds, they spoke the same language, and Ty in his female form was pretty fucking sexy. Maybe he acted differently? Maybe it was a cutthroat tactic to appeal to their sexual lusts? Whatever it was, they didn't hate it. Not one bit.
The jewels on the table were also quite delicious looking, and it brough a crooked smirk to their faces. "... Our cut, eh...?" The man of the hour, Mac, who was something like the patriarch of the Lawless Ones, couldn't help but get a glimmer in his eyes at the prospect of the Tensei jewels and the jewel before him. He chuckled gruffly, wiping his face, then started to laugh louder. "... Must mean you were wise to our little heist we tried to pull on ya, eh...?" He smirked. "Well. Guess that means there's no hard feelings, huh...?" He nodded his head toward one of his subordinates, who would collect the gems. "... Well then, miss missy... I think we will be wonderful business partners from hereon."
Despite how completely lowdown Mac and the Valparaiso Denizens were, they did respect one who could speak on their level, with their own terms, and Ty -- rather, Tai -- was savvy. "... Shake on it, then." Now, this handshake could have meant absolutely nothing, or absolutely everything. That was the gamble of the Lawless Land. But Mac did initiate, and he put his hand outward to meet with Taijitu's, if she would reciprocate.

Tai looked to Mac with steely, sharp eyes, from under her hat, stoic smirk on her face. She didn't seem reluctant nor hesitant, but willfully did not act immediately, as if to make it clear to the Lawless One that she was on the up-and-up about the meaning of a binding handshake, and what it would mean if the two of them shook hands and that bond was betrayed. "... Aight, Mac," she finally said, rising up, planting her hand in his, "... You Got Yerself A Deal, Pal." She looked him dead in his eyes with eyes like daggers, but a sincerity in her glare that spoke all the words necessary. "... You Take Care, Kid," she joked with him, withdrawing her hand soon after, then saluting him with two fingers, somewhat lackadaisically, as she began to depart. "... Y'all Just Sit On Down And Let The Veritas Clean Up This Mess, Y'Hear?" She chuckled. "Oh, And Uh, Y'all Kids Play Nice 'Round Here. Get Me?" She would take her leave after that, the mission accomplished. She needed to get back to her... Other... Business. Elsewhere.
