Premonition; Down the Rabbit Hole...

Meanwhile, the young Fae that had drifted off into slumber would find herself and her thoughts wrapping up into a single dream-like entity, which would visit her in a wide open plain much like the one they'd just come from, though without any sign of life or trees.



It was merely an endless expanse of green. She would be there in the midst of it, ambiguously, at that; but only because nothing else was of any importance, and thus, was not supposed to show up in her dream. Only the main things she needed to pay attention to; the field, to illustrate where she was and where she had been, and a hovering white ghastly doll, resembling a rabbit.

The rabbit laughed at the girl, knowing that she wouldn't remember, even if she was the one who should have knowledge of all of this the most. "I see... Your memories are intact, then... But your power is restrained... I will give you a hint... I have to deal with your Summon Contracts; your 'Chains,' the Constellations of which you draw your strength." If Tzita remembered when she first went and found the 'Chains,' long ago when she was still within the Lost World, she would at least uncover a small hint to what this creature was and what it was sent here to do, as well as her own connection to it.

"Look to the Stars... and look to your Soul... And then, the answer, you will know..." At that moment, the Ankh that was around her neck would shine, pointing to the rabbit doll. It would turn around and begin to float off into the distance, becoming more and more incorporeal the further it went off. Because in one's dream, those that went in and out were only visible as far as one's mind extended, the more they drifted off toward the edge of their mind, or the border of their dream, the more ambiguous they would become. However, it seemed like this floating hare wanted the fae to follow it...

Once the girl began to follow behind, the rabbit would return to visibility, continuing to hover over the stretching plain with nothing in it. Eventually, they would reach a cliff, where below, there would be a great valley. There was nothing on either side of the cliff, nor down below, since those things were not important and thus were excluded from the dream completely, in order to make sure that only things that were of importance were noticed by the girl in this ambiguous realm of shifting shiftlessness.


The rabbit doll would immediately dive down the cliff, where there was nothingness; complete darkness in the valley, everywhere except where the rabbit went, in order to ensure that she did not take her eyes off of it to look at anything else. Such is the purpose of dreams, and those that knew how to maneuver inside of them were aware of that; they knew what the mind would pay attention to, what it would retain, what it needed to pay attention to and how to attract said attention. To keep her from getting distracted and make sure she remembered exactly where she was going and what was being said and done, all extraneous things were left out, thus resulting in that darkness. The Rabbit should have been her only attention, as it went deeper and deeper down into the darkness...

It was clear that her consciousness would not wander off by now, and so, when she hovered down, things started to appear from the darkness; a beautiful stream with rushing waters, as well as greenery growing down at the base of the cliff. However, there was still nothing there to look at beyond those things, and those were just to illustrate the next part that would come into vision of her consciousness now, since her mind was coming closer to the point of which it could perceive things in the distance. Thus, things started to take shape from the ambiguity, and she would be revealed to those major things; the river and the grassy plains at the bottom of the cliff. Her attention should have still been on the rabbit, however, as it led her to a great temple that was near the back of the valley; where it ended, and where the river poured out from within.


The Rabbit would stop before it and would hover there at the entrance, going no further than that, waiting for the young woman to catch up. "Remember what you have seen... For this is what you seek... And to those that seek, they shall see."

The Rabbit laughed at the girl and her impatience, figuring that she would have caught on that she was not physically here, and neither was her Ankh. That was first and foremost.

"Hmhmhm... Foolish, foolish little girl... Without even thinking of your companion, you would have, on this mission you began together, leave him behind for your own endeavors? It seems as though old habits die hard..."

It may not have been her intention to seem that way, but that is how it became, in the long run, in her lack of thoughtfulness for others.

"Selfishness is not only simply thinking of yourself more than others, but also thinking of yourself instead of others, or completely disregarding others and only acknowledging yourself. 'Self'ish. Whilst your heart is in the right place when it comes to the spirits, as it is for those around you... You seem to be lacking."

The light of the Ankh, though it shined brightly, got no response from the large structure.

"Your Ankh is not physically here. It still rests with your body, as does your companion's Ankh with his. The both of you were sent on this mission, were you not? So why did you think that only one of you would have the key?"

The realm around them would start to go dark, fleeting from her sight and leaving only the rabbit doll and Tzita floating in darkness.

"Now. Think deeply on what you have learned, Fallen One, and return to your vessel." With that, the rabbit would cast her out of the dream that it had brought her into, forcing her astral projected conscious mind and spirit back into her physical body instantaneously.
