"If your heart is weak, so is your strength, and so is your resolve. Great wisdom and great heart make a dragon what it is! The power comes from the heart!" Tia nearly knocked down a few trees with the swaying of her tail in her uproar, but calmed herself down to finish instructing. Wrapping a tail around a tree, Tiamat rested herself and became docile. The blow did make contact, but it seemed to pass through the shadowy ambiguous form that Tiamat had, sifting between corporeal and incorporeal lucidly. "Your wisdom could use some work, and that will assist in your enchantments. You will be a great dragon one day... You just need to maintain a dragon's heart." Tiamat's eyes became endearing, like a mother, and she said to Volakar, "Try to hunt down a prey and bring it to me. Preferably something larger or stronger than yourself."

Nyake, Living Shadow was cunning and wise enough to know not to bring too much attention to herself in the Bay, since there were so many people that were relatively terrified of things larger than they were. So she sunk into the shadows and slithered along the surface of the ground connected to Volakar's shadow. Once they reached the beach, she poked her head out from the shadows and drew her body out with her great claws, then curled up on the shore. "I'm watching," the dragon mother would say, dipping her face into the shallow water in order to observe more properly.

Nyake, Living Shadow continued to observe the movements of Volakar, finding that he was more affiliated with the element of water than anything else. She knew that his enchantments should deal with the water, then, since he may be like a sea dragon when he awakened. His movements certainly spoke 'sea dragon', as the crocodilian manner was something not uncommon to the typical sea dragon.
