Spontaneously, other A.I. Tinas appeared in digital streams, their number from before increasing drastically all over the Crystal City Of The Dawn. They started unifying the universal collective consciousness of the masses all across the city, then proceeded to assist them in completing their prior tasks so that they would become available for the celebratory ceremony as quickly as possible. Some of the Dawn Villagers would be brought in quicker than others, but a good number of them that were made completely free ended up being guided here by the A.I. Tinas.

Dawn Villagers that were within Crysteria, Twin Crystal City Of The Dawn, were eased into the ceremonial hall gradually, cycling them from out and about to the special occasion that was being held. This may have been the first they were hearing of it, but with the A.I. updating them, they were kept in the know. Besides, they were aware of the Dawn Security Forces, otherwise known as the D.S.F., and this was honoring a rather high-ranking official, from the gist of it. Certainly, the Dawn Villagers wanted to partake of that ceremonial honor, in order to know who was the one that ran their city's task force. Plus, they also wanted to unwind with free food and a fun time.

Why not do both?

Over time, the $yndicate entered the vicinity, a short time after the Dawn Villagers had gotten settled. The $yndicate of the Dawn consisted on the entire Dawn Branch, known as the Imperials. They were the Royal Guard, and they were under the Imperial General, who was celebrating her coronation as the first Imperial General of the Veritas, as well as her bestowal of the title of Raigami from the previous Raigami, Lightning God Kairo. As his successor to share his title, this celebration doubled as commemoration to that aspect as well.

So the Imperials gathered together near the Imperial General, but were also sure to keep the peace at the party. They showed their support to her by their presence, since they were aware that she was sent to rule over them and give the $yndicate in the Dawn the head that they needed. None of them were actually head operatives, which was why Lord Bacon, the Hog Kaiser, was serving as the active commander during this time. Now, with the rightful placement of the Imperial General to head them, the Dawn Security Forces, Royal Guard of the Veritas, could act accordingly, bringing the services of the Veritas Planet to their maximum.

Not only would this create Zeitgeists, it would allow for Tempora to control the spirits of the other versions of herself and unify them in continuity. She cast forth the Zeitgeists and used the technique of the same name to call upon all of her spirits from each of her different Restrictions and establish a 'Temporal Resonance' between their souls, a great type of 'Soul Resonance' that flowed through time.

The unification of Mugeniere with the lower Restrictions of herself thanks to the efforts of her Sixth Restriction form taking charge gave her the clarity necessary for the celebration after the ceremony that her father put her through. Now as the new Raigami and also the Imperial General of the $yndicate, the first order of business was to celebrate her rise in the ranks.

She was adorned in a cloak of blue lightning, which draped over her in a regal, sparkling manner. Only her face was visible beyond it, and there was a look in her eyes that didn't scream serenity at all, but a deeper level of thought not yet made manifest. Surely, Mugeniere was overjoyed for being the new successor to the title of Raigami, a high honor in and of itself, and also being appointed one of the highest commanders of the entirety of the $yndicate -- another exceedingly high honor. So then why were her eyes so intense?

She felt something elsewhere, possibly through her other versions of herself as they came into alignment. Though she was safe and prepped for celebration, the other versions of herself dealt with very pressing matters. But maybe it was for the best. Maybe she should just deal with what was before her now and let matters play themselves out, despite the feelings of wanting to involve herself and protect the others. She needed to recognize right now that she couldn't be everywhere always, and that there was a time and place for everything and everyone. Her time and place was here and now in celebration, not somewhere where she in another form was handling it. Trust of her own self no matter her own form had to take over, but once it did, Mugeniere was at peace then.

She perused the party relatively silently, though would greet anyone who would show congratulations or gratitude. But her thoughts kept her distant, which always showed once she was done interacting.

The AI Tinas instinctively kept order and peace throughout the party, serving as all types of roles, from concierges to servers, and anything else that would require some form of service or maintenance. To that extent, AI Tina was even going to be a shoulder to lean on for Mugeniere, the new Imperial General, since she looked rather distant at her own celebration. "Pardon Me, Imperial General," spoke one of the AI Tinas, "You Look Unwell. Is There Any Way I May Be Of Service To You Today?"

Mugeniere, the Imperial General, though greeted directly, could only remain so forlorn as the thoughts drifted about her mind. With an exasperated sigh, she responded to Tina, "No, Do Not Concern Yourself With The Matter, Tina. I Am Simply Mulling Over Things That Are And Were And Could Be." There was a lot going on in her head, and it was all distracting. "... Just Let The Guests Mingle And Let Me Know When It Is Time To Make Any Sort Of Public Address." Curt and dismissive, Mugeniere briskly stepped away from the AI Tinas in order to find a place to brood. For the one of honor here, she surely wasn't seeming too celebratory.

The party had been going on for a little while by now before the guest of honor made his appearance -- the one who garlanded the title of Raigami and Imperial General unto Mugeniere: Tsao-Rin. As usual, he made quite an appearance, bursting through a stray conduit as a surge of electricity that jolted his presence into the room. "Hello, Dawn Village!" Tsao-Rin shouted. "Thank You All For Coming To The Celebration For Your New Imperial General And Raigami, Mugeniere!!" He'd lead the crowd in applause, his claps thundering over theirs, yet also inciting a wavelength that excited them and inspired them to keep clapping.

"Now, Some Of You May Or May Not Know, But As Raigami, I Am Here To Inform You That This Is A Momentous Occasion. Since I Was Originally The One-And-Only Original Raigami Of The Veritas, And There Have Been No Others, The Title Was Exclusive To Just Me. But Now..." Tsao directed attention to Mugeniere. "... Now We Have A Successor! And A Female, At That! Thus, As I Am The Lightning God, This Raigami Who Is Succeeding Me Will Be The Lightning Goddess!" He led a round of applause again. "So, While I Will Still Remain Raigami, I Will Finally Have A Partner, Like All Of The Other Seven Elemental Deities! Thus, This Is Just As Big An Occasion For Me As It Is For Her."

Tsao-Rin: "Okay, Since That Formality Is Out Of The Way, I'd Like To Move On To What The Imperial General Is And Does. We All Know That Amongst The $yndicate, There Are Bosses And Commanders. The Imperial General Is More Like The Commander Of The Commanders And Bosses, As Well As Of The Other Branches Of The $yndicate. Though Stationed In The Dawn, The Imperial General Has Jurisdiction Like That Of One Of The Lordships, Like Myself -- Lord Diligence. But The Imperial General Is Also Expressly Subservient To The Lordships, With Specificity To Me, Because I Am The One Who Appointed The Position. So Everyone Be Obedient To The Imperial General Just Like You Would Any Of Us Lordships."

Pausing briefly, he would glance over to Mugeniere, able to determine everything that he needed to from just the quick summary of her vibrations, then finished regarding the guests. "Anyway, I'd Like To Thank All Of You For Coming Out To Support Her And So That You Can Formally Know The New Imperial General Of The Veritas! I'm Sure That Everyone's Love Means So Much To Her, Like It Does To Me. Enjoy The Celebration, Everyone!" Tsao remained cordially pleasant until the audience went about their business, then he promptly turned to face Mugeniere, approaching her briskly.

"... Too Busy Thinking About Who Isn't Here And What You Want To Do To Pay Any Mind To Who Is, I Take It?" Tsao inquired sharply, yet quietly. "I Do Hope That You Aren't Moping About On Your Own Celebratory Event That Everyone Is Showing Support At Because I Wasn't Here, Or Someone Else Isn't, Or Even Because You Aren't Somewhere Else. That Would Be Pretty Rude And Vain, Wouldn't You Say?" Tsao could surely be superficial at times, but he was still very passionate and sincere. Whatever superficiality he had was purely for fun, and the substance beyond it was revealed in ways that perhaps appearance didn't always tell. Just as he seemed so chipper and peppy when addressing the audience, but with his back turned and facing the shadows, the electric glow of his eyes glaring at Mugeniere was like daggers. "... Especially When You're The Star Of The Show And Everyone Can See You. Just Be Glad I Am Well-Versed In The Art Of Upstaging, So That The Audience Doesn't Focus On Only You." He was quite the celebrity, himself -- at least, his demeanor and personality. He himself tended to be rather reclusive, like any scientific mind. "So While We Have This Brief Window Of Opportunity Before The Crowd Notices Our Tension, Why Don't You Tell Me Why It Is You're So Distant At Your Own Celebration?"

The Lightning God's words and display were just as piercing as they were bright -- like a flash of lightning that one could still behold with the eyes made manifest in form. He was electric in every sense of the word, including when he spoke or expressed himself. From the various tones and frequencies and vibrations and wavelengths coming from him, Mugeniere was able to tell all that she needed to, with or without his passionate commentary.

Solemnly, she closed her eyes and reflected on her selfishness, which seemed to somehow still permeate despite her intentions being for others. Even if she did want to do things for others, she was still trying to act on what she wanted to do and not what she needed to do, which was to be right here in this moment right now and socialize with everyone who loved and supported her. Not thinking about anyone anywhere else. Unless it was an 'all hands on deck' matter, then she could relax knowing that this place and these people were safe. "... Thank You, Raigami," Mugeniere eventually said lowly; humbly. "... I See I Was Too Far Beside Myself To Have Recognized The Gravity Of My Behavior. But You Have Brought It To Light For Me, And In That, I Am Illuminated Now On What Must Be Done Further."

Mugeniere straightened up and took a deep, cleansing breath, mentally preparing herself for mingling at her event and enjoying the time of peace and pleasantry. For, who knows if she would be thrust straight into the fray immediately after or not and then not have the time? Or any number of other things that could detract from her appreciating the moment for what it was in the moment. So thanks to Tsao-Rin, Mugeniere had a new spark in her... The spark of the Raigami. She saw Tsao and admired him, for she could tell that even in a moment where he didn't want to be involved, and possibly didn't feel like it either, he was dependable and came to the aid of Mugeniere, even without her request. He was definitely watching over her, and she felt like it was a very kind gesture, even if he clearly wanted to do so in secret and now he could not.

"I Do Hope That You'll Stay And Enjoy The Festivities, Though," Mugeniere did mention as she went off to mingle. "That Is, If You Haven't Anything Better To Attend To, O Raigami." Mugeniere chuckled chiefly, lowly to herself, drifting off into the crowd mixed of the Dawn Villagers, the $yndicate, and AI Tinas.

Of course, it was the $yndicate that had the most anticipation for their new Imperial General, though they also were the ones that took most of the notice when she was being so distant from them, which concerned them, but they kept it secret. This was probably another reason why Tsao was so upset, because he likely could tell that the $yndicate felt this way due to her actions and she couldn't tell, despite being so proficient in wavelengths. But when they saw her mingling, they would sporadically migrate to her in order to offer her their personal congratulations.

The continued support of the $yndicate was appreciated by their new Imperial General via her own intermingling with them once they approached her, since she was letting go of the things that were perturbing her. She was doing her best to keep herself away from such things whilst in public and entertaining others. Fortunately, social gatherings tended to have that level of an effect sometimes, which was why plenty people loved to throw them or attend them. Yet she wasn't quite as fond of social gatherings, despite dealing with the public in her Fifth Restriction form.

Either way, Mugeniere maintained herself for the sake of others, and made sure to express to them how endearing she was for their support and attendance. She kept a cool medium of composure, not too hot or cold, like she normally was, and somehow, the neutrality of it gave her peace and balance. Enough to continue on through the party feeling not too extremely in either way.

And she liked that feeling. Or, lack thereof, potentially.

Tsao was going to leave a little early in order to let Mugeniere have a little solace, but before he did up and go, he noticed a shift in the atmosphere, as well as everyone's vibrations. They were no longer somber or stiff and stoic; forced and tense. They were now intermingling, and Mugeniere was the cause of it. She kept a stolid composure, which was becoming in this light, and he was pleased with her. So, he figured he would stick around until the end of the party, but not distract the madam of the hour with anything, since they'd already convened and could see each other anytime... Being of the same family, and everything. It was these people they wouldn't see regularly, so Tsao also took his own preaching to heart and went to socialize, himself.

And they all had a nice, lovely evening.
