The Dark God of the Veritas, Grimnyzmal, was a kindly gentleman, but not one to take lightly. He surely did hold grudges and create curses, and rather enjoyed it. When he inspected what became of Alfheimr through a Veritas scout, he found that they survived the calamity, but were still terrible people inside with inferiority issues for literally no reason.
So, a bigger land was going to attack and consume them as well as their resources, just like the tides of war call for.
"Well Now..." Grim would urge through his own darkness, emanating from his Third Eye to create a facial projection before their tiny little world, "... I Suppose I Still Get To Have A Little Bit Of Fun Before I Get Another Trophy World!"
Obviously, this wasn't the first realm that had been this way, and wasn't intended to be the last. Those who went against the Veritas would surely either be destroyed or claimed in war games as trophies.

Gathering as much data on them as possible, Grimnyzmal drew this new world remnant of the old one into the midst of his Third Eye, which was then closed and locked up tight by the Darkness Of The Veritas, Metal Pumpkinhead, for scheduled maintenance as per protocol. Everyone of importance was watched intricately and their 'Third Eyes' were united under the command of a more powerful one -- the Metal Pumpkinhead -- thus creating an 'Argus'.

The snapping jaws of the Metal Pumpkinhead closing shut, locking, and sealing over the realm to isolate it and extrapolate as well as break it down secured the remnant land. Those who were again so haughty in and of themselves, trying to maintain a fragile patina of their own civility, would again be faced against the raw power of a force far beyond them, acting far beyond them, in ways that would branch far beyond them, far beyond any level of comprehension or time they would be able to... Comprehend.
"BEGIN SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE PROTOCOL," Metal Pumpkinhead droned, having no interest in anything that was not its prime directive, which was to stay on schedule and never divert from it, or do anything that was outside or beyond its duties.

The crunching of information within the Metal Pumpkinhead was akin to the coarse cracking of bone within the teeth of a beast, with none of the physical motions, and only a burning, purple fire encapsulating the metallic skull-themed pumpkin head. As it were, the events continued to play out afterward with the information from the new realm giving Metal Pumpkinhead traces of an inner nexus all networked from where it initially started to feed. Like a loose thread or stray spaghetti noodle, it was drawn forth into the mouth, with Metal Pumpkinhead being pulled in the direction of whence it came.
The network of other data canisters was a smorgasbord for Metal Pumpkinhead to feast on... And when it was done with this little Nordic Realm, cursed for all time... It would consume the ones they were attached to, as well...

Once all of the information was sorted, assorted, and processed through the Metal Pumpkinhead, the Dark God of the Veritas, whom was desecrated in the lands of the Nords, would return with a vengeance and patient, silent fury that was unlike any of the Red Devils could comprehend. Their Muspelheimr could not compare to how cold the rage of Grimnyzmal, The Abyzmal, was.
His piercing red eyes and Living Shadow would overtake the Metal Pumpkinhead like a skull and it would become the information that his Eternally Open 'Third Eye' would absorb all the way into his deepest recesses of the information stock. "... Hmmm... I See..." he muttered morosely, with a dark expression becoming of his pale, white face, which nearly looked ghastly and ashen, "... Well Now, It Seems Like The Little Envies Will Never Learn..." It wasn't as if this hadn't happened before. Something about the 'White Ones' ended up with them always reacting this way.
Fortunately, Thanytoz, the Grimnyzmal, specialized in these sort of affairs. Particularly. He'd deal with the meticulous and minute in the past regarding a certain 'Kwandrivia', which the 'Black Knight' was still being used as the trophy from -- the 'Intensei', which needed to be moved. On the 'To Do' list.
But, for now, he needed to conjure up an old 'Divine Pet' from the days of 'Orochi, The Dragon King'... "NIDDDDHOOOOOGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRR!!!!!" The resonant chaotic abysmal noise would almost fade into a static scream, almost like a silent screech. From then on, the Metal Pumpkinhead would resound accordingly, to summon the Divine Pet of the Veritas, Nidhogg.
Likewise, Grim needed to contact the other of the 'Dark Ones' that were under the 'Dark God' -- he who was the 'Dark Legend', and former 'Kurogami'. Through the 'Living Shadow', he would resonate through his 'Third Eye': 'TZITA, RECOLLECT YOURSELF AT THE BATTLE OF 'RAGNAROK', AND BRING US THE REST OF THE DARKNESS.' From there on, Grim would release himself from the Metal Pumpkinhead and return to the dark of the Veritas, in the shadows of space.
They could rendezvous at the Metal Pumpkinhead for their share of the 'Information', because its 'Data Collection' was complete.

Tzita did her duty as the 'Dark Alice' and the 'Goddess Of The Zero World' and opened up her 'Cauldron' to the 'Dead Worlds' to suck in 'Idavollr' via the 'Enigmas'.

The 'Ouroboros' -- Tzedusa -- would be retracted at the head by Nidhogg, and she would guide the 'Lawless Dragon' to the place of its rest as the 'Divine Pet' of the 'Zero World'. Swept away in one gulp, everyone in this 'Realm' would exist being digested inside of 'Nidhoggr' -- which was worse than 'Helheimr' and 'Niflheimr' and 'Muspelheimr' and the 'Ginningugap', where the 'Neutral' go in their 'Neutral Zone'. Yep, it was the worst place to be... Unspeakable, indeed.
